My senior Yorkie was having difficulty for several days and needed to be seen. I am so grateful to have chosen this location for her care! They were exceptional in every way from the scheduling, listening to concerns, and providing all pricing options before even coming in. The facility is so clean and the staff is beyond professional and compassionate. The Dr. and Vet Tech were extremely supportive and informative. We took our cat “LENNY” for urgent medical care. The vet and his staff diagnosed and handled the issue quickly. Unfortunately, our cats condition was terminal. The vet and his staff were so compassionate and sympathetic to our situation. The services they provided for our pet was comforting and professional. Days later we received a card in the mail that the entire staff had personal signed with condolences. That was heart warming. We have decided our two other cats will be going there for now on.

Dr Shaffer & Heaven are the best! I have to express my gratitude for them both. I just had to put down my 14 year old Husky. Heaven was the sweetest & made me feel so comfortable, asked me all the questions needed to prep Dr Shaffer to see me to discuss quality of life for my dog.
