Elizabeth was fantastic in helping us with our replacement of tile and carpet in our basement. She worked with us on colors and matching. There was a small problem with getting the transition pieces from the tile to carpet (manufacturer...not Weber). She stayed on it and kept us informed all the way through. We are very happy with Weber, and will return when we need to replace additional flooring.
Elizabeth was very knowledgeable about all products and recommended the right carpet for us. The installers were professional and courteous. Will definitely use them again!
