    I had a lot of tightness and tension in my shoulders due to heavy training in the gym. The pain was negatively impacting my lifting. Chris was super kind and knowledgeable. I had so much more mobility in my shoulders after the massage. Best part is having zero pain while lifting! I highly recommend, Chris!

    I cannot stress enough just how good Chris is at massage and education. I have several health issues that make me a delicate client to work on, and he is flat out amazing. He takes extra care to understand exactly what issues I'm having and educates me on how to work through and make them better. He is incredibly professional and has a very good personality. I have been getting massage from him for 10+ years and do not trust ANYone else to work on my neck. I have had two spinal surgeries and have a spinal cage and wired foramen. From Muscle Movement & Improvement

TRUST!! This is something that doesn’t come easy, to ourselves or each other sometimes. It plays a big role in ours and others lives each day. In this particular post, I’m referring to the trust you have to have in yourself and the process of working out and recovering. Sure, you’re told things to do with the workouts to better them and yourself, like, rolling out, stretching out, going heavier, etc. However, you are also given that same advice in the recovery department, you have to do some stretching and range of motion exercises to get that blood flowing, before or after a workout, or just in general, if you don’t work out. This will allow your muscles to heal more rapidly in for you to keep your regimen and get better.
