Today I had the pleasure of meeting Brandon, Kelvin, and Kevin. Initially Brandon came to my home to service my a/c and furnace units. He found a problem during his inspection and was able to get the part and install it same day. Brandon was knowledgeable, respectable and kind. He made sure the new part worked well and cleaned up before he left. I appreciate his professionalism. During his visit, my regular plumber was unable to come and complete a pressure valve install scheduled for today. I asked Brandon if he could have a KB complete plumber come out today. I was thrilled when his schedulers were able to get me an appointment same day. That’s when I met Kevin and Kelvin. Very nice gentlemen, full of personality and made me feel at ease. They listened to my concerns and assessed the problem. They found a different more affordable solution that included a part I didn’t know I needed. Honesty comes to mind when I think of the services I received today and they finished the job with a handshake. I highly recommend KB Complete for HVAC and plumbing repairs.

If you need a new patio hire this company! I had an old concrete patio and walkway. They overplayed the old patio and steps with pavers, tore out the existing concrete walk and installed a new walk with pavers. What a transformation! They had great ideas for the design and drainage control which were implemented. The construction crew was very easy to work with and professional. Their detail to high quality work shows through in the finished product. My friends all rave about my new patio. I totally recommend these guys!!
Omgn …. I e just come back from a sleep relaxing massage … I got to Alison’s all anxious because I thought better then my twat nav. Alison’s calm voice was settling straight away. I whipped me clothes of as quick as she could say get yourself settled. The minute those hands touch me … they are just magic hands. The hot stones were heaven. My eyes got heavy I think I dribbled a little … to finish I had a lovely home made flapjack n lemon tea … I’m off for some deep sleeping Thank you for squeezing me in and me not planning ahead … I’m a spur of the moment girl n Alison accommodated me no problem… the problem is I want this every day !! ?❤️ Just to add…. I sleep badly. Last night I got home went straight to sleep woke twice but fell straight back to sleep n was late getting my gd at 9.30 !!!
5 stars! My wife's car looked like-new inside when they were done. Super impressed with the attention to detail and that they were able to get all the dog hair and a few stains completely cleaned up. Highly recommend!

I've been bringing Matilda (Staffy) here for 3 yrs. for her nails. Never have to make an appointment, they take walk-ins without a fuss. The staff here genuinely love dogs and it shows. I will say, if you do walk-in with your dog for grooming, it should be before 3:00. Because their groomers typically leave at that time.

I came in this evening for the first time with my two boys, 12 and 14. We were in search of a new barber for them and was able to get in last minute. Both my boys got cuts from Mica. The second we walked out of the shop they both told me they want to come back. They loved their cuts and they are VERY picky. They look great! Mica was very nice and patient with them both. Highly recommend!
Friendly neighborhood barber. If you strike up a conversation you'll have a good time. Good haircuts but I always just get a standard haircut. They seemed to do a very good job for guys who wanted fades and other things that I don't know too much about.
Tyler has been cutting our toddlers hair after some pretty bad cuts other places. Today, in true toddler fashion, our two year old was not cooperating for his haircut. Always appreciate Tyler for getting on his level and staying calm and getting us to walk out with a cleanly faded cut. Also huge shoutout to Mr. Markus for adding additional support with the lollipops. Started out in tears and left with fist bumps all around.

For starters Hanna did an amazing job I came in with blue/green hair and she did a complete color correction with color, cut and style. I was in her chair for about 9-9.5 hours. I didn’t expect to leave there with my hair complete and thought that it was going to take at least 2 sessions and expected to either walk out with a beached greenish hair to just bleached hair until another season and instead walked out with the calico color I wanted. She did such an amazing job and went above and beyond my expectations. I couldn’t be happier and appreciate her and all the hard work she put in so much.

I've had a lot of massages I used a Groupon to find out if I would like Chasing Serenity for a less expensive massage trial run. Melody was very knowledgeable and I trusted her suggestions. FYI they give a first responder discount and they even work with the VA insurance. That tells you that they went through a rigorous process to get approved for the federal funding. I would highly recommend Chasing Serenity for your massage therapy needs.
Just wanted to give a huge shoutout to KaelenJ Esthetic in Blue Springs, MO, on Main Street! After struggling with a stubborn spot on my face for months—despite antibiotics and waiting for dermatology—I finally tried her glass facial. It combined dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, an oxygen mask, enzyme mask, and LED light therapy. The first 48 hours, my skin peeled a lot, but I learned that what I was dealing with was a blood blister from an earlier attempt to extract a blackhead. This is the place to go to! James is the best there ! I've gotten piercings and tattoos from here. My oldest boy got his first tattoo here. They are patient and nice people.
Called late afternoon for a backed up sewer and had a tech sent out the next morning.
Jon arrived on time and snaked out our sewer from the house, then put a camera down to identify where the line was and identified the cause of our back up. Jon left some flags outside in our yard to mark where the damage is underground.
We got several different options on repair after he cleared the obstruction. Most were pretty expensive, but we were aware previously that this is a recurring issue that will require replacing of our underground line to the main.
Jon helped remedy a couple minor issues in the bathroom downstairs while he was working on our sewer, just because he noticed them.

I needed a main line rooter service as I had a clog causing a very slow drain. Every company I called was too busy that day except Pierpont. So I decided to give them a try.
They were fast and extremely friendly so I give them 3 stars for that! But the guy that did the service was not very confident and although he cleared the clog enough to open the drain, it was backed up again within a week. He only ran about 60-70 feet since he wasn't sure how far it was to the city line.
Since their invoice says no warranty, I wasn't going to call them again to pay out another $190. For this lack of skill and no warranty I can't give them 5 stars and I can't recommend them for this type of service. They may be better at their other services though.
The company I normally use was called as they charge $175 and they were able to clear it better after running a full 100ft. They also give you a 30 day warranty to visit again if it clogs up again.
I've been in my house a LONG time. Like 40 years. I'm the original owner. So I've been through quite a few garbage disposals. We would replace broken ones with just another cheap one. We figured, it's just a garbage disposable. So the other day I got a spoon stuck in the disposal. When I got under the sink to try and loosen the garbage disposal up to loosen the spoon up, there was a bunch of water all over the bottom of the cabinet. I've been through that before. Uuugghhhh. I thought not again! So I got my iphone under the disposal to film what was going on and sure enough it was leaking. It leaked even when I didn't have the water running. So I called a couple places, trying to get someone out asap to install a new disposal. Everyone was saying next week. I told this company, can you please squeeze me in. I literally have water dripping from my disposal. The guy, I believe his name was Zach, was nice enough to squeeze me in the next morning. I said I'd like to upgrade on the power and I'd like a quieter one. He told me about one that was quiet, gave me a price, including labor, which I thought was extremely fair. He even had to go pick the disposal up at a plumber's store. So the next morning it was installed. Zack and Larry, the installer, were extremely nice and professional. The price was excellent for what I got. One place quoted me, just for installation, about $150.00 more than Gene's. Just for installation! Anyway, you would not believe how quiet this disposal is. You can barely hear it. I love it! Thank you Gene's Plumbing, especially for squeezing me in! You're my new plumber! Brace yourself! I always have some sort of plumbing issue! I'll put you on speed dial! lol

I called Blue Springs because a nieghbor had used them. They came out promptly and gave me a price that I thought was fair, they ordered the windows and were ready to install two days after they arrived. They crew they sent was excellent, good workmanship and cleaned up everything.

The duplexes across the street from me are contracted for snow removal. When Brummel cleared their driveways yesterday they piled the snow from their driveways and street in my driveway and across the sidewalk. My HOA was in contact with them about resolving the issue but so far they have done nothing. They came back across the street at 4:30 am after the snow but made no attempt to remove the blockage they made in my driveway.
1/7- I was able to get in contact with Brummel on Tuesday morning and they resolved the issue. They also indicated they updated their map to not that my side entry driveway is across the street from that duplex.

I’m not fond of going to the dentist and I haven’t been in a few years, but I did research before I choose a dental practice to go to and I am very happy with my decision! I had a crack and chip in my front tooth and they filled it in perfectly, you can’t tell anything was ever wrong with it! I still have a few cavities that they’re going to help me with, but they were very positive, not reprimanding me for my lack of maintaining my dental care./regular dental appts. Sometimes life gets busy and you don’t always have time to take care of things! They didn’t make me feel guilty, they made me feel comfortable and they did a great job! I just want to say I walked in here with a pretty big issue, they listened and came back with a plan on paper and communication was too notch!! They did excellent work. They are very good at not shaming you but give clear instruction on how to get back to good health. When you walk in you are greeted with positive and great personality which was a good sign to me. Goldsworthy fixed my back long term. Medical doctors wanted to do surgery. No way. It was sciatica and he fixed it. I go back once a year when sciatica rears its naughty head.When my hubby was told he had to have back surgery we had Aston read his x-ray. Aston agreed his surgery was necessary.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Blue Springs Animal Hospital! Every person in the building loves animals, and is there to help! I appreciate the care they showed Oakley and the support they showed me when I was worried about him! From the front desk, to the nurses, and the doctors, everyone is extremely compassionate. Oakley has been seen by several doctors in the building, and they are all AMAZING! I never have to worry about who will be seeing him when I make an appointment. I will recommend Blue Springs Animal Hospital to anyone who needs a vet. I am so thankful for you guys ❤️

10/10 my massage was so so so good. I didn’t have an appointment but they got me booked right away. I came right after getting the worst massage ever at Trinity Wellness. The therapist at Ni was awesome, checked to make sure pressure was good and I got everything I asked for. I can’t recommend this place enough.
I am a repeat customer. Jenny, the owner , is a very kind and friendly person. I have never had a bad massage there. I especially enjoy the hot stone therapy. Just explain what you need. They can do a relaxing massage or work on those pesky problem areas. Highly recommend!
I’m not one of those people who likes going to Physical Therapy and I tried 2 nearby PT offices before coming to Athletico PT for my fractured Sacrum, I was impressed by Hunter Hisky’s methods and her great listening ability that I kept coming back and now 7 weeks later I’m feeling great I definitely recommend Hunter and the Blue Springs location
