We have just experienced one of the hardest days we have ever had as a family when we had to put our dog to rest. The staff was absolutely amazing! They answered all of our questions and were so compassionate. When we went through the difficult process they were there for us every step of the way and were so sweet and professional during this extremely difficult process. Dr. Whitmon and his tech that day deserve a gold medal! I cannot even begin to imagine the difficulty of what they have to go through, but they made our experience as peaceful and personable as possible and I will forever be grateful to them during this extremely difficult time. Dr Whitmon and his staff have been nothing but patient in listening, explaining and educating. From the visits, surgery and healing time to answering our concerns leaves nothing but a great experience for us.

well this was yesterday (6/1) but especially today (6/2). yesterday i brought Macie in because of her breathing troubles and i was already crying. the entire team was so comforting and supportive. i felt hopeful for my pup and was glad to have some answers. unfortunately macie worsened and despite ER efforts, she passed in my arms this morning. it was horribly painful. i called Vetco and the fact that the tech i spoke to (i can’t remember her name but thank you so much) got emotional with me over my pup really let me know that i picked the right place. i wouldn’t want macie to be in any other places’ hands. i got to the vetco and Jay and Ambriah (i hope i spelled… read full review
