“Could not let this day go by without giving a HUGE shout out to Grooms and tech Devin! While in the middle of a heat wave with a heat index of 115, our AC unit stopped running in the middle of the night on a Saturday night. We sent a desperate text to Grooms around midnight, and Devin was at our house by 8 that morning! He had us back up and running by 8:30! We cannot say enough great things about them and we're so grateful for them! Can't thank you guys enough!”

“Mike was extremely knowledgeable on my LG refrigerator. His diagnosis and his repairs was done quickly. Mike was a very nice and courteous. I highly recommended Able. The price of the part was outrageous. When he told me the overall cost i immediately became my father. He always used to complain about how everything is expensive. Im 65 and i officially became old. Dont laugh. You will be there one day too. LOL. Thank you Mike and Able for a quick repair.”

Best Appliance Service

2237 Southwest Walden Drive, Lee's Summit

Wed 8AM - 6PM

“Overall happy with our service. Our home warranty company hired Best Appliance Service to install our dishwasher. They were in and out in an hour and a half. Very knowledgeable. My only point of dissatisfaction is the communication was not the best. I was given a day that they would be over to install, but the team did not show up as scheduled.”
