“I called to see if they take walk ins and they said they don't, but that they could see if they could work me in for an appointment the same day. Lisa ended up having an opening for me and I was able to be seen a couple hours after I called. I was looking for a new stylist after mine retired. I was really nervous getting my hair done by someone new and without having any personal recommendations,just going off of online searches and availability. I did have to wait maybe ten fifteen minutes past my appointment time, but since they worked me in it wasn't a big deal. The receptionist offered me a drink and kept updating me on my wait time. Lisa was so kind and honest from the second I met her! She was very upfront about price, which I really appreciated. She listened to what I was looking for. She gave me advice without being pushy and knew exactly what I wanted. She was a fast worker and I love my hair.“
