Based on the reviews, Bloom Nails & Spa offers a wonderful experience with professional and attentive staff. The salon is clean with a positive atmosphere, and everyone seems genuinely happy to be there. The quality of work is consistently amazing, with high standards maintained from the first visit. Clients who are very picky about nail shape or square shape appreciate that the staff gets it 100% right on the first try. The salon handled a wedding prep for thirteen people, including nine pedicures and various nail services, finishing all in under 2.5 hours. What sets this salon apart is the customer service and integrity; when a client had a small issue with a color, they changed it immediately with a smile and refused payment for the fix. Pricing is fair.
Absolutely love this place! I’ve been going to Emmy for several years. She does an amazing job! Super friendly and she’s always willing to try new designs that I bring her. Highly recommend you book with her.
Walked in on a Sunday, was greeted by a very nice lady. Told her it was my first time. Wanted to get nails ,. She said pick a color. So i did. & this gentleman will help you. The gentleman at first table was nice, but never said what his name was. , felt very rushed, flaws in nail polish, & never asked if nails were shaped to my liking. Each finger was shaped to high or to low. & never matched with other hand.
Going to give bloom another chance. Hopefully i can get a lady that can make my nail look great for my daughter's wedding. & no flaws. Thank you
my mom & i went here while in town at the recommendation of family members. the pedicure felt great but we felt like we were forced into decisions. we were also not told that gel was a $20 up charge until checking out (the real reason for my lack of stars). our total for two pedis with gel was over $225
