I called on Friday April 10th and explained my washer problem and Monday morning Trey called and was on his way. He knew how to pull out the machine and read the paper work. After using his phone he knew it was the hub. Tuesday he brought the part and installed the hub after taking time to read on his phone and using sharp thinking skills to make it work. I felt confident that Trey knew how to repair my whirlpool. His patience and kindness were appreciated.
