Jason was the name of the repairman that came out. The window of time was a 6 hr block, and he showed up in the first 30 minutes. He diagnosed both of my issues, and what he didn't have the part for, he showed me how to order it, and I was only charged for the diagnostic. Able is our go to for appliance repair. With the rising cost of new appliances, I try to keep what I have running for as long as possible and they have helped me keep my aging fridge operational over the years. They are affordable and quick to get you scheduled. Jason was our tech and he was thorough and explained the measures to take to prevent further issues.
