Best Appliance Service provides prompt and very polite appliance repair. They offer quick service, with same-day appointments available. Technicians are professional, friendly, and figure out problems right away. They perform great work on washers, dryers, ovens, and dishwashers. If an appliance is beyond repair, they are helpful in recommending a new one and can install it. The company is highly recommended, and customers state they will definitely use them again.
Overall happy with our service. Our home warranty company hired Best Appliance Service to install our dishwasher. They were in and out in an hour and a half. Very knowledgeable. My only point of dissatisfaction is the communication was not the best. I was given a day that they would be over to install, but the team did not show up as scheduled.
We called them on Monday morning and they were at our house before 10am. Unfortunately our dishwasher was beyond repair but they were helpful in recommending a new one and came back to install the new one! So progressional and helpful! We called and Joe arrived within 30 minutes! Explained what was going on and fixed our fridge so quickly. Even showed me how to keep the water dispenser working (it would only work sometimes).
