We called them on Monday morning and they were at our house before 10am. Unfortunately our dishwasher was beyond repair but they were helpful in recommending a new one and came back to install the new one! So progressional and helpful! We called and Joe arrived within 30 minutes! Explained what was going on and fixed our fridge so quickly. Even showed me how to keep the water dispenser working (it would only work sometimes). We called this company for a washing machine repair. The man I spoke with was able to describe our washer in detail once I told him the model. I told him what was wrong and he told me the cause and clearly understood the problem.
