My dog was having some issues and I called them and they helped me over the phone and explained what to do. They didn’t pressure me to come in like I would expect most places to do. I did end up taking the dog in later in the middle of the night. They checked her vitals, examined her and reassured me she was fine. Then….they didn’t charge me. I would have paid and was expecting to pay. I just thought it was really cool they didn’t seem greedy or money hungry. They just wanted to make sure my dog was ok. I appreciate it.

Attentive, experienced staff and everyone was friendly. Dr. Riley was very thorough with the exam and explained everything. I drove from St. Louis to come here and I would recommend this office to others

Had an emergency at 10:30 at night. My newly adopted rescue puppy fell going down our deck in the dark when she took off running after my other dog and broke her leg. We immediately took her to Blue Pearl on a Monday night. They were absolutely amazing and wonderful. They took great care of our little baby Miss Prissy. I highly recommend there I've been there before with my other dog and they actually saved his life several years ago. They have great customer service and are very loving and caring.
