“I have pre-paid for my 5 applications in advance and after the first application two weeks ago I am noticing both Dandilions and Crabgrass growing. I emailed about this and got no response. 2 days after the email with no response I called and explained to the person on the phone that I have dandilions and crabgrass growing. She stated that I am due for another appoitment in the next few weeks. I asked her so I should just leave the weeds as they are and she said yes because the next application will kill them. I find this very terrible customer service. I paid not to have weeds growing my yard and she says just leave them. I guess sending someone back out to correct their mistake is not a priority.***Update*** They called me back and apologized for the very general timeframe of when they will be back out. They stated they will be back out in the next two weeks and to let them know if the weeds continue“
