I had an amazing experience working with Avery at Satoree flooring. I had a tight deadline, I needed to match my existing carpeted basement stairs—all on a budget. Avery and his team got the exact carpet I needed, delivered and installed on time with no issues.

The carpet came with a tear, but his installers were able to install the undamaged parts perfectly, and we had some extra carpet to have on hand in case of any needed repairs. On top of that, the installers generously offered to hall an old worn out table to the dump for me!!!!

Working with Avery Johnson at Satoree Flooring was a pleasure. The proposal was received in a timely fashion and all communication regarding every aspect of the process was informative and professionally delivered. Scheduling the installation was so easy. They never over promised and I feel like that is very unusual in scheduling professional contractors. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending Satoree to anyone looking for flooring.
