“I just went to iCare for the first time but so far they've been great. They're patient, willing to answer questions, and communicative. I especially appreciate their willingness to answer questions and do so in what seems to be a very honest way. The building is pretty and parking is easy nearby. Price is comparable to many other places but I left there feeling far more confident in my checkup than I have with other places. I'd recommend this place to both people who live nearby and who'd come from far!“

“Joshua of the Knollwood in St. Louis Park, MN location exceeded my expectations. There were some specific frames I wanted that I already had a pair from a few years ago and I wanted a second pair. The frames had been discontinued but Joshua looked online and made a call to Los Angeles, California and they had one in the back room. He had them ship it to MN and gave me a call to see if they were the exact ones I was looking for. They were and I was so elated! What incredible customer service and I want to make sure he gets recognition for a job extremely well done! Above and beyond!“
