“I received exemplary customer service today at the Knollwood location. I’m kicking myself for not grabbing the gals name but she was tall with micro bangs and an alternative vibe. I noticed an error on a pickup order from the end of May and stopped in unsure if anything would be able to be done to resolve it given the amount of time that had passed and the nature of the error. She immediately put my worries to rest and got me taken care of quickly and with an amazing air of compassion and kindness.
