“Joe, Lucas, Charles and Mike were all on site techs I met in person who were nothing short of awesome. I also was persistent in calling them with questions daily during this process and only really had an obligation to talk to my housing association. They worked on my condominium floor sewage water leak inside on a huge job, cutting through concrete and going into the drywall. They also had their work cut out for them on the condo property main sewer etc.. they respected my living room like it was theirs and put up plastic to protect our tiny condo and we didn’t have to leave overnight to sleep for this project. The concrete they patched the floor with was far better than expected and smoothed out and ready for us to replace our vinyl flooring which was such a pleasant surprise. I will be recommending them to others , the only con I walked away with was amidst this emergency, there was a 2 day period where my HOA nor myself could get ahold of them via phone or email with our urgent questions.
