Clean. Curated. Courteous. Ambiance 5 - Monster wall of polishes serves as the backdrop to a very clean nail salon. Love the minimalist white on off white look. Staff 5 - the owner made my day. I was the driver for my daughter and her friend who were getting manicures. Without hesitating, she offered me a massage chair and water while I waited. She even brought over a table and a stool for my bag, books and coat. Service 5 - they were slammed when we arrived. My daughter had an appointment. We waited 5-10 minutes but they set everyone up massage chairs for the wait. Loved that even though they had a ton of customers, they still took their time to do a good job. Lilly’s nails is one of my absolute favorite places to get my nails done. They do a fantastic job recently just went in there to get a Christmas set done and they turned out fantastic. Will return and can’t wait!!

The staff here is so welcoming!!! Even when calling in for a same day appointment, the nail tech was very kind and made sure that we were able to get in. Although there was a bit of a wait after our appointment time, it was so so worth it! The nails techs were very attentive and kept up great communication throughout the service. I am the type of person that feels very nervous when asking for things to be changed/fixed, but the staff was so open to critiques and making sure that I loved my nails. Although it is a bit pricier than some other salons, I think it is worth it for the quality and care of the service.
