What really struck me was the vast amount of knowledge he possesses about carpets, cleaning supplies, and homes. He knows his stuff, and I mean, really REALLY knows his stuff. I received invaluable knowledge that I will use for the rest of my life.He educated me in a manner that was so easy to grasp as someone with limited knowledge about the topic which I was deeply surprised about. “I was getting my fathers condo ready to sell after my father passed recently that he lived in 30 years. I knew that there would be a chance I would have to replace the carpet due to all the stains and years of wear. I looked at most of the companies reviews and I read that Cleanstarr was close to a perfect 5 star in the reviews.. So I called Mark Wilson owner of the company and asked for an approximate charge and it was right on plus tax and no hidden charges. He text me the approximate time he would be here and he arrived on time. He spent almost 4 hours going over some really bad spots in the carpet continuously going over and over again as finishing up the cleaning through out the house. Most areas looked so much better but the carpet wasn't savable …Mark gave it 100 percent so I give him 5 stars for his effort and professionalism and friendliness. WMeehan“

“The owners stopped out today to clean our ducts for us, but unfortunately due to the proximity of our furnace, the rotation brush type of cleaning would not be possible. Too tight of a space for them to get their equipment in there. We appreciated their honesty and were not charged anything. Great customer service and integrity. Really nice guys.“

“I ended up having to cancel my move-out cleaning service due to issues with the movers I had hired, and Iris and Carl were both very understanding and sympathetic (and, bluntly, some of the only people to show me any kindness that day!) Iris had already gone above and beyond in working with me on my initial payment, and was quick to refund what I had paid (less a completely reasonable cancellation fee). While I never got to experience their actual cleaning service, these are good people and deserve your business. Update: Three years later I finally got to actually have them clean for me! I contacted Excellent Cleaningz once again to handle move-out cleaning for my apartment. They were very flexible with scheduling (which proved necessary when some of my plans with other contractors went awry) and did a spectactular, thorough job. Their pricing was completely reasonable, and they were very transparent in what they were charging and why, both in preparing an estimate and in telling me what the actual service would cost on the day. I'd contact them again without hesitation.“
