Reviews describe the team as great to work with from start to finish. Pricing was very competitive, communication was excellent, and the team took the time to walk through the process and answer all questions. The team was very transparent about the work being done and sent photos throughout each stage of the roof replacement, which gave confidence that everything was being done properly before it was covered up. The crew worked efficiently, the finished roof looks great, and the warranty was registered right away. Reviewers appreciated the professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail. The team is described as approachable, thorough, and professional, as was the crew. One reviewer was extremely happy with the job done, which included a new roof and corrected gutter problems. Another reviewer loved the new roof, noting the team was responsive, on time, and had a great crew, with a roof completed in 2 days and drone pictures of before and after. The team is knowledgeable and easy to work with for window replacements, professional, detailed, quick to respond, and offered a great price and schedule to replace a garage roof, promptly making a few small repairs.
Derek and the Due North team were fantastic to work with. We had a small gutter repair project, but Derek and his team made us feel just as important as a larger project would be. They were professional, had great communication/customer service and perform quality work.
