“I had an awesome experience with Evan at ServiceMaster. I’m currently dealing with a pretty stressful flooding situation in my apartment and needed someone to come out for independent testing. Evan was exactly the kind of person you hope to deal with when you’re already in the middle of a crisis.

His customer service was amazing. He showed up on time, was attentive, patient, informative, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain things clearly, answer my questions, and never made me feel rushed.

Beyond that, Evan was just genuinely nice to work with. He was professional while still being friendly and approachable, which made a stressful situation a lot easier to deal with.

I really appreciate the level of care and service he provided and would absolutely recommend Evan and ServiceMaster based on my experience.”
