Their delivery crew was helpful, placing the boxes in several different areas of the house, so it was convenient for installation. I found this flooring to be much higher quality than what I've purchased from other companies in the past. Average board length is longer, with a good mix of lengths and coloration, and very few cosmetic flaws. I will definitely work with Unique Wood Floors again.“

“UB Hardwoods and Flooring were incredibly responsive and did amazing work! We had them sand and refinish an entire floor of our house and install hardwood on another floor to match. We were on a tight timeline to get the flooring project done before we moved in. Sam walked me through the project in a ton of detail and was really upfront about scheduling and about potential additional cost items that couldn’t be known before getting the old flooring up. Ultimately, UB kept us posted daily on their progress and got the job done ahead of the timeline they set. And most importantly, they did a really great job! So great, in fact, that we have already hired them for a carpet replacement project. We will use UB for all of our future flooring needs. (Note that the pictures below are from before base trim was retouched—an issue that UB specifically called out at the time of the quote. It’s part of the process, and it’s all cleaned up now.)“
