“I called Gold star desparately very late the night before my insurance roof inspection since the other company had stood me up and Jake returned my call pretty quick. He listened to the situation we had and sent Frank to my house the day after, even though it was last minute. Frank was very experienced and told me its promising for insurance to accept the hail damage with the high percentage and that’s exactly what happened. After my insurance approved the Roof damage, both Frank and Jake went through the details of what will happen and in fact to also repair the portion of the roof that always was leaking. Jake was very cooperative with the contract and not only he scheduled the roof replacement right away, in a higher temperature day, but also they repaired taht problematic part of the roof. They listened to our instructions of how we want it to be fixed and dis exactly what they were supposed to. We have a big house and they finished in 1.5 days including cleaning up. I asked for double checking all the eay around the house to make sure no pins are around left and the crew with Frank instructions dis a nice job on that, spen a lot of time to make sure nothing’s left. Both Gutters/ down spouts and roof/ shingles replacement were pro. I appreciate them helping me out while I sas helpless and knew no company to help. Either they were busy, didnt return my call back or stood me up. Thanks to Gold Star, quickly our roof was fixed and replaced. Totally recommend Gold Star.“

Our very old roof had hail damage and we chose North Point to take on the project because of North Point's representative, Alex's, patience and clarity. Our long-time insurance covered us well, but negotiating the cost coverage was long and painful. Happily, those negotiations were handled completely by Alex. The roof was put on in a day and the clean-up was thorough. Our questions, which were plentiful, were always answered completely, patiently and kindly. Communication throughout the project was always clear and we didn't have to hover over the company to get information - it was offered proactively. We would rehire them again (but hope we don't have to!) and highly recommend Alex and North Point Services to others.“

“My wife and I were so impressed with this company from the first quote to the finished product. I first started looking into our siding replacement project about a year prior and got many quotes and met with several companies. Steve's quote was by far the lowest and also the most comprehensive. They helped us come up with a design that would be practical and also look good using a computer modeling program. He had high quality sub-contractors lined up for painting, new door install, and electrical modifications so we didn't need to coordinate much at all.One example of the type of quality you can expect: Near the end of the project we had a mail slot installed and trimmed around over board and batten. I noticed it was very slightly crooked checking it with a level, but not really noticeable to the naked eye. I was just going to let it go, and I didn't mention anything to the team. The next day the lead worker Alfredo took down and re-did the whole thing so it was absolutely perfect!Highly recommend this company.“

“I first called John last winter when my roof developed bad ice dams. I’ve had some experience with them at my previous home. Back then I could shovel the whole house myself but unfortunately my new home is a tad bit more difficult. As he claims, he answers his phone all the time. Within a day John and his crew came out and did a phenomenal job removing the snow. Last year there was a hail storm and I thought why not have John take a look at it in the spring. He came out and confirmed that there was damage as I suspected. I called my insurance company and they set up a meeting with John. Unfortunately, my insurance company initially denied the claim. John and his partner Jerry worked tirelessly with my insurance company and finally after three months realized that there was damage and my roof was approved. Once approved John himself and his team were working. They started on a Saturday morning worked tirelessly until 8pm returning Sunday morning and finished around 3pm. John’s crew was professional, Courteous and thorough. I’m not sure why there have been some poor reviews but all I can say after being a homeowner for over 30 years in the cities and have had my roof replaced 3 times at my previous home with less than acceptable results I’m completely overwhelmed by John Haley Roofing. John was present and active throughout the process. John even went above and beyond by getting atop the roof helping and directing from start to finish.“
