Our sales person, Crosby is the BEST IN THE BUSINESS! He was on top of everything, worked with insurance to verify what was being covered and what wouldn't be, he called/text during every step in the process so I knew what to expect and he checked in when everything was completed (noting our project was completed within a few weeks of the damage, AND ahead of schedule). I don't know what's going on with this company. We were working with Rachel and she was great. We signed a contract and put down a 50% deposit 3 months ago and now total silence. I'm getting automated text and phone responses when I try to contact them and NO ONE will call me back. It would appear I got scammed out of a significant amount of money. Im so angry and frustrated.“

“North Point Services have been great to work with! Our very old roof had hail damage and we chose North Point to take on the project because of North Point's representative, Alex's, patience and clarity. Our long-time insurance covered us well, but negotiating the cost coverage was long and painful. Happily, those negotiations were handled completely by Alex. The roof was put on in a day and the clean-up was thorough. Our questions, which were plentiful, were always answered completely, patiently and kindly. Communication throughout the project was always clear and we didn't have to hover over the company to get information - it was offered proactively. We would rehire them again (but hope we don't have to!) and highly recommend Alex and North Point Services to others.“

“My wife and I decided to replace our 25 year old cedar deck boards and railing after refinishing and replacing a few boards every couple of years. I used a list service to get a few contractors in my area. Out of the handful that I called we ended up selecting Chris and Entire Exteriors for a few reasons that put them ahead of the others that responded. First was the time that Chris took listening to what we wanted and inspecting the deck to see if the structure was sound. Second, was the thorough itemized estimate that held true until the end. Third was the second trip to the house to review decking and railing samples. The renovation took a few days longer than planned, which happens with most projects. The crew took their time and did an excellent job. On final walkthrough I only had one concern and by the time I called about it, Chris had been to the house and addressed it. I would have no reservations recommending this team for your deck remodel.“

“We compared a couple of companies - Discount Windows offers, among other brands, Sunrise windows which are more affordable than the big guys. We have some history with Sunrise and have been pleased with the quality (despite what you may read online.)
Discount Windows offered us a more complete installation package - we didn't have to do any of the finishing work that would have been required by the other installer, and they perfectly matched our existing windows. (We chose to replace only the worst ones this year.)
The kicker came when the neighbors, who recently replaced all their windows, asked if the Discount Windows installers left a mess - like their installers did. Discount Windows absolutely did not leave a mess!! Very impressed with their cleanup. Very happy with our new windows. Would definitely hire again.
Picture is from a gloomy day, but notice this -- we were told we probably wouldn't have to remove & store our screens anymore for greater visibility. The center window has no screen. I'm delighted to skip that yearly task!
Update - first 5 windows done in 2025, did 4 more in 2026. Still very pleased!“

“Our installer was Roderick with PCS. He was at our house replacing a shower. He arrived around 9:15 am and was here the entire day until 9:45 pm. Very hard worker and very particular in his work. “We had a leak in our roof and a storm coming. Sela was able to schedule us ahead of the storm and put on a new roof, fixing the issues with underlay that the previous roofers created.“

“I first called John last winter when my roof developed bad ice dams. I’ve had some experience with them at my previous home. Back then I could shovel the whole house myself but unfortunately my new home is a tad bit more difficult. As he claims, he answers his phone all the time. Within a day John and his crew came out and did a phenomenal job removing the snow. Last year there was a hail storm and I thought why not have John take a look at it in the spring. He came out and confirmed that there was damage as I suspected. I called my insurance company and they set up a meeting with John. Unfortunately, my insurance company initially denied the claim. John and his partner Jerry worked tirelessly with my insurance company and finally after three months realized that there was damage and my roof was approved. Once approved John himself and his team were working. They started on a Saturday morning worked tirelessly until 8pm returning Sunday morning and finished around 3pm. John’s crew was professional, Courteous and thorough. I’m not sure why there have been some poor reviews but all I can say after being a homeowner for over 30 years in the cities and have had my roof replaced 3 times at my previous home with less than acceptable results I’m completely overwhelmed by John Haley Roofing. John was present and active throughout the process. John even went above and beyond by getting atop the roof helping and directing from start to finish.“

“We have had such a great experience with this company! They were a referral from my dad who received a roof and siding from them and were very happy with the service. We worked with Chad, one of the owners, and he was incredibly friendly and accommodating with our busy schedules. He explained everything step by step and nothing came as a suprise. The actual roofing crew and the foreman Alex were all great! Alex introduced himself right away and they were all very professional and mindful of our property. The roof take down, install and cleanup was all done in a day, which was amazing. So far i havent found 1 nail or peice of debri, with little kids and a dog, that was very much appreciated. “When have you ever used words like “exceptional”, ”extraordinary”, or ”remarkable” for work done on your home? I had to use Google to come up with enough words to describe our roofing project with Craftsmen Home Improvement. There’s definitely a reason for all the 5-star reviews.
Customer service is first and foremost at Craftsmen. Our first contact was with Jim, to talk about the project and what Craftsmen could do. He was never rushed, never annoyed with our unknowledgeable questions and spent all the time needed so we were comfortable.
When we asked for a quote, we got biographies of the main people we would be working with and a detailed quote following the format from the insurance estimator. Plus the Lifetime Labor Warranty.
When we chose Craftsmen, we promptly got an email from them, welcoming us and an attached document “What to Expect with Your Roofing Project” with all kinds of helpful information.
We were concerned about damage to our new driveway. So we only made a comment, but it was out with the dumpster and in with a lighter garbage trailer. Then there was the daily clean-up: nothing was left out at night, it was all put away or taken away. And not only did they blow the leaves away from the house, they cleaned the whole yard and took away my husband’s raking job for the season. Needless to say, after the final clean-up, the yard was more pristine than before the job was started!
Regarding the actual roof, the crew came out to inspect the job and discovered several items that had been left off the insurance estimate – an additional $6,000 find. The crew worked early and late to beat the weather. And the roof looks great.
Staff was always available to answer questions-I don’t remember ever being put on hold.
I know our first stop if we need new siding or windows in the future. (I was not paid for this review!)“
