Altus Roofing fixed the roof right and provided high-quality work. Their pricing was reasonable for the quality and was within the agreed budget. The crew was professional, reliable, fast, and easy to work with. They completed the project on time and cleaned up everything afterward. The team made accommodations for the budget and redesigned a problematic drain without change the price. When an issue appeared after the first rainfall they came back out and remedied it the morning. Follow up after install was prompt and thorough, address minor items. The service was an excellent 5 star experience from beginning to end. Highly recommend.
Not only did they fix the roof, but they did it right. Their pricing was reasonable for the quality of work provided. They completed the project on time and within the agreed budget. Professional, reliable, and easy to work with—I would highly recommend them.
Excellent service and made accommodations for our budget. 5 star experience beginning to end! Our previous roofing install had a drainage issue we always knew about but had accepted as a design flaw, David and his crew redesigned the problematic drain the day of our service and our price didn’t change a bit.
When I found an issue after our first rainfall (completely unrelated to the workmanship, directly related to the design of our roof) they came back out and remedied it the morning after I expressed concern!
Truly an amazing team and we are so blessed to have their roof over our heads!
