When the leak came back a few hours later they were at my door again in under 30 minutes to fix it. Ronald was excellent in every way. “Just had Harriman came in for furnace tune up. The technician Josh showed up on time and is very polite and professional. He walked me through the process and what task he has completed. His communication is very transparent and easy to follow for new home owner like me. I got better understanding about the current condition of my furnace and any potential issue I may have in the future. He also explained the maintenance plan Harriman could provide in a detailed way and left a brochure for me before leaving. Overall it's a great experience with Harriman heating and Josh, given everything I've gone through - from calling to make an appointment to on-site visit. “Prime Time installed a new furnace for us about 4 years ago. That went well. So, when our A/C went out during the hottest part of the summer, we called Prime Time. They were able to get out to our house within a couple days. Kevin came out and within 30 minutes found the cause and fixed it (earwig getting between contacts). He explained what the problem was, gave us a couple extra tips on A/C maintenance. Their price was not low, but reasonable.“

“I called Rooter MD late in the afternoon thinking that I would have to schedule something after hours or another day. I had a sewer backup in my basement and they surprisingly came out within two hours after I called. They were able to snake out the clogged line which had some large roots and got us out of a big jam. They came out again two days later to perform a jet cleaning. They were prompt, professional and courteous. I would use them again without hesitation.“
“We recently purchased a dishwasher from Best Buy and they came out this morning to install it. However, upon looking for the pipe valve to turn the water off, it was discovered that the valve was frozen open and the valve just would not budge. Not wanting to apply additional pressure with hands or tools, they suggested calling a plumber. I thought, A PLUMBER?!?!? We didn't know who to call or even if someone could come out today (Friday the 13th) of all days. So, we called a few places and was unsure. Then we found "Mike's Plumbing" out of Livonia. We couldn't be happier. We called him, gave him our home address, said he could be here within the hour. Well, we were a little aprehensive at first. So Mike arrives well before the hour was up, knew exactly what needed to be done and did it wonderfully well. Very personable & friendly. He replaced the valve, cleaned up and was just superior in every way. He has restored my faith in plumbers. “I live in Livonia where gravity fed drains sometimes get backed up, especially during winter when we accumulate rain. My whole basement was flooding enough to call an emergency plumber from a different company who told me my storm trap was completely faulty and broken. The owner from Gensons came out and unclogged my storm trap with a plunger. I would recommend them over any plumbing company I've experienced, and I work in the trades.“
