I live in Livonia where gravity fed drains sometimes get backed up, especially during winter when we accumulate rain. My whole basement was flooding enough to call an emergency plumber from a different company who told me my storm trap was completely faulty and broken. The owner from Gensons came out and unclogged my storm trap with a plunger. I would recommend them over any plumbing company I've experienced, and I work in the trades.

I would rate Genson's 10 stars if possible! I have used Genson's twice now and have been extremely satisfied every time.Pricing is extremely fair, they're always pleasant to work with and have been available for two urgent/emergency repairs!My water heater started slowly leaking on Sunday and became an emergency situation Monday morning. I called Genson's on Monday at 7:15 am and they had a tech out with a warranty replacement at 10am the same day. I couldn't believe it. Beyond amazed at the response time and stellar service. Don't waste your time, call Genson's now!

I had Genson's install a new water heater. I was impressed with all aspects of their service. The woman that answered the phone was very knowledgeable and helpful. The plumber arrived 45 minutes early, was friendly and efficient and did a great job. Overall a very good experience. I will definitely use Genson's for any future plumbing needs.
