“I had an opportuity to compare Long's services and pricing with a small father and sons company in Livonia. I had a slow kitchen sink drain and Long's had a wait list. The Livonia company used a small snake that barely had enough power to clear an obstruction at 22 feet out. The cost was $225. The drain didn't stay cleared. I booked with Longs and waited several days. Long's snake is so big it has its own dolly. The drain cleared at 22 feet and then for good measure, the tech took the snake out to 75 feet. I paid $185. So Long's was more efficient, better equipped and cheaper.“

They tried several methods to figure out the problem we had, communicated all options to me before beginning, and were very kind and friendly while they were here.
