“Long Plumbing helped us out of a major last minute situation today. I called the office at 4:30 on a Friday. Diane answered the phone and was so kind even trying to give me tips to fix the situation myself. Ultimately we decided I needed a plumber and she said she would try her best to find somebody who could come out today. Within 15 minutes we got a call from Jeff and he was at our home 30 minutes later. Jeff was so pleasant and professional. He had all necessary equipment with him. He took his time and made sure our situation was resolved then stayed and chatted with my husband for a bit even though it was Friday evening and he has a family to get home to. We are so grateful and will always call Long Plumbing for future needs. Highly recommend!!“

We've had Lenox Plumbing out a few times in June 2026. Michael S. is wonderful. He came out promptly, we had a toilet emergency. He ordered parts and came back the very next day. We were kept informed of times and arrivals. Michael even used booties before coming into the area(s). He was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We would gladly want him again for our plumbing needs. He's also getting us a quote on some other things we plan on doing.

“Great service. Had them come out to look at an issue with the main line not draining. Turned out to be a much bigger issue with old cast iron pipes falling apart. They were transparent throughout on what needed to be done and the cost to do it. Turned into a big job and they came out on Saturday and Sunday to make sure they could get it all done as soon as possible for us. Polite, considerate of our belongings that had to get moved out of the way and cleaned everything up on the when the job was done.“
