Nobody offers the level of customer service that Prime Time does. There is something so comforting in knowing Kevin (owner) and his team are the people standing behind/in support of our furnaces. Kevin and the crew are a rare breed - so genuinely nice to work with. I'm an A-type personality, laced with lots of anxiety, which often results in my asking lots of questions and having lots of concerns. Kevin makes himself so accessible, and always makes a point to make me feel heard, validated, and takes his time to thoroughly explain options, mechanics, solutions, whatever it is (and he does so in a way that clients can actually understand). This is a family-owned company and they very clearly take pride in their workmanship and make their customers feel truly valued. Grateful I selected Prime Time.“

I had a sewer backup in my basement and they surprisingly came out within two hours after I called. They were able to snake out the clogged line which had some large roots and got us out of a big jam. They came out again two days later to perform a jet cleaning. They were prompt, professional and courteous. I would use them again without hesitation.“

“I have had ZPlumberz to our home 3 times n the last 3 months. One visit was a true emergency, one visit was planned, and one visit was due to my absolute stupidity.I called at noon today because I had ground up my diamond earrings in the garbage disposer. ( Don’t ask). The dispatcher was great—kind, considerate —and she said I was on the schedule for today.Tyler and Kirby arrived 2 hr later. They were meticulous. They looked thru every part of the disposer. Picked out little mangled pieces with needle nosed pliers. They then took the disposer to the truck and disassembled it. They were able to find one more diamond.After installing a new disposer at a good price, they tightened the screws on the cupboard door as they were leaving!These two young men were helpful, kind, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. They did everything with courtesy. As a manager, I would be proud to have these two employees on my team.“
