I did a good amount of research before selecting Prime Time Heating & Cooling to replace the two furnaces in our new house. Hiring this company was a great decision. As often comes w the terrirory when purchasing a house/moving, I've dealt with several contractors (for all sorts of different house-related matters) in a short period. Nobody offers the level of customer service that Prime Time does. There is something so comforting in knowing Kevin (owner) and his team are the people standing behind/in support of our furnaces. I have used Prime Time for a hot water heater replacement and a furnace cleaning and inspection. From scheduling to completion everything was fast friendly and professionally done. Prime Time Heating & Cooling will be my go-to HVAC professionals when future service is needed.

Prime Time installed a new furnace for us about 4 years ago. That went well. So, when our A/C went out during the hottest part of the summer, we called Prime Time. They were able to get out to our house within a couple days. Kevin came out and within 30 minutes found the cause and fixed it (earwig getting between contacts). He explained what the problem was, gave us a couple extra tips on A/C maintenance. Their price was not low, but reasonable.
