Austin Abdal with Roto-Rooter Michigan absolutely deserves five stars. I had been dealing with an ongoing and extremely stressful plumbing situation, and Austin was professional, patient, knowledgeable, respectful, and thorough from beginning to end.
He took the time to actually investigate what was going on instead of rushing through the appointment, explained everything clearly, answered my questions, and made sure I understood the problem. Most importantly, I am incredibly thankful that he helped get the broken main line identified and fixed. After dealing with repeated plumbing issues for so long, finally having the main problem addressed was a huge relief.
