They completed a thorough examination of our gas lines to understand the best way to route them for service going forward.We have used them in the past for regular preventative maintenance, and they always do a thorough and complete job. “Friendly office staff when I called for a same-day appointment when my boiler went out. They were able to have someone to my home within three hours. The issue was diagnosed within five minutes and the tech went to find the appropriate part to make the repair. He was back within ten minutes and it only took another ten minutes to make the repair. Fantastic price for what I would consider an emergency appointment. And the tech clearly understood boilers well. “I had called DTE about furnace issues, this company came out, told me what was wrong, explained my options. They called prior to the appointment to let me know they were coming. Called March 13th to get an appt to get the new furnace, figured a two week wait, but was able to get in the same week, they called before getting here and got here earlier than expected.
