“I have often heard of the mysterious 'guy' who everyone but me seems to know. It takes one call, they show up, and fix the problem for a reasonable amount.

Lance Owens is that guy. He showed up same-day on a Saturday, diagnosed my problem, provided me options, and came back on Monday once he could get the equipment. He is kind, professional, informative, and communicative, and to top it off, a local, small business owner. Even though HVAC issues can be things of nightmares, I'm not going to worry anymore. I've got a guy.”
