Andy diagnosed the problem and gave me options to repair or replace the old water heater. I went with the replace option and Andy came back the very next day and replaced the water heater with a new unit. “I live in Livonia where gravity fed drains sometimes get backed up, especially during winter when we accumulate rain. My whole basement was flooding enough to call an emergency plumber from a different company who told me my storm trap was completely faulty and broken. The owner from Gensons came out and unclogged my storm trap with a plunger. I would recommend them over any plumbing company I've experienced, and I work in the trades.“
