“I have had ZPlumberz to our home 3 times n the last 3 months. One visit was a true emergency, one visit was planned, and one visit was due to my absolute stupidity.I called at noon today because I had ground up my diamond earrings in the garbage disposer. ( Don’t ask). The dispatcher was great—kind, considerate —and she said I was on the schedule for today.Tyler and Kirby arrived 2 hr later. They were meticulous. They looked thru every part of the disposer. Picked out little mangled pieces with needle nosed pliers. They then took the disposer to the truck and disassembled it. They were able to find one more diamond.After installing a new disposer at a good price, they tightened the screws on the cupboard door as they were leaving!These two young men were helpful, kind, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. They did everything with courtesy. As a manager, I would be proud to have these two employees on my team.“

“This company is fantastic. I had another company install a part that they said was bad, when the furnace stopped working less than 2 weeks they never called me back and wouldn’t answer my calls. Reckinger to the rescue. They came out same day checked my furnace and discovered it was leaking carbon monoxide, which is why furnace stopped working, they quoted me for new furnace came and put a temporary one in. The next day they installed my new furnace. Very nice people to deal with from office staff, sales person and of course the technician’s who came to my house. I am even going to be set up on there maintenance program.“
“My house is 5 years young and my Carrier thermostat failed. I have no idea why? I searched the web and found that I could order the exact OEM replacement part from Technical Hot & Cold. Ordering the exact part using their website was very easy and fast. The price of the part was very reasonable and I would be able to received the part in 1-2 days. I live in FL and the product was shipped from MS. I was able to use UPS tracking and the product came in the second day without a problem. I did call their service desk to confirm that they had my order only because I am nervous by nature. The folks at the service desk was polite and reassuring that everything is okay.
