I have had ZPlumberz to our home 3 times n the last 3 months. One visit was a true emergency, one visit was planned, and one visit was due to my absolute stupidity.I called at noon today because I had ground up my diamond earrings in the garbage disposer. ( Don’t ask). The dispatcher was great—kind, considerate —and she said I was on the schedule for today.Tyler and Kirby arrived 2 hr later. They were meticulous. They looked thru every part of the disposer. Picked out little mangled pieces with needle nosed pliers. They then took the disposer to the truck and disassembled it. I HIGHLY recommend this company. Eleanor and Jim spent several hours trying to find the source of a leak. They were thorough and used their strong powers of deduction to figure it out and find a solution to the problem. They were honest, friendly, smart, and clearly cared about their job.
