My own trainer, Josue, and every other trainer I observed were motivating and kind, and they always brought positive energy to the space. I would highly recommend TG for a beginner wanting to learn how to workout, and for an advanced client with specific fitness goals!“

I also appreciate going to a woman-only studio in which the equipment and workouts are geared toward women. I have increased my strength and flexibility in a very short time! I also recommend the functional nutrition one on one coaching with Rachael.“

I was initially aloof and skeptical of Thesis’ concept; but coming in my first day, folks (shoutout to TJ) made me feel welcome and supported, so it was no brainer that I should sign-up! From their app to the customized meal plans, I have the structure that I’ve been missing to continue being better!It’s also great that Thesis matches you with a coach; and I couldn’t be more thankful that Nate is the coach for me! He’s the best! He challenges me to push myself while making sure that I’m careful enough to not be injured or get hurt. The programming is top notch - well thought out to not only give you a good workout, but to hit those muscle groups that are commonly ignored in other group workouts. They can easily help you modify if something is too difficult or if you are working through an injury. Big bonus - the community they’ve created is amazing. Everyone is welcoming and it’s a group you look forward to seeing every time you go to class. 10000% recommend!“

I’ve enjoyed working out with Doug so much back then, that even after I’ve accomplished my original goals, I’ve continued my workouts with Doug because I was receiving so much more than I’ve originally hoped for.I’ve had multiple injuries over the last few years, and when I was told that I need to do physical therapy, I turned to Doug again. I could not think of anyone better to help me get back in shape on multiple levels. From my experience with Doug in the past, I knew that he has a lot of experience training people with injuries. I could barely move, and I could not even begin to think of working out, so I knew I had to reach out to Doug again. Doug is patient and incredibly creative when it comes to modifying the exercises. He was able to come up with a workout plan to fit my needs and that was double for me. And then Doug was there for me, supporting and encouraging me to take it one step at a time. After working out with Doug for 6 months, I slowly but surely got back on track in terms of my physical strength and stamina. I do not enjoy working out, but I forget about that when I am training with Doug. He is versatile and keeps me engaged, his repertoire of exercises seems to be endless. Plus, he’s got great sense of humor and a is an easy-going person. He is highly professional, punctual and respectful. Doug is my #1 choice!“

For me, I was looking for help to get through the tough 3 months back into training after a back surgery a little over a year ago. Not only did I get the help and support necessary to be consistent and accountable, but Jake turns out to be expert at navigating the little problems I have as leftovers from nerve damage and arthritis. We push a little bit every week and my growth over a period of three months has been miraculous. Lost an inch and maybe 3 pounds, but gained tons of strength and endurance. Ready for my dream surf trip back to Costa Rica next week!! Woooo!“

He routinely asks questions about your goals and works with you to achieve those goals.During Covid, we switched the gym workouts to video training. It is impressive how much motivation Wil generates as he provides positive support through the video. Wil adapts the workout program based on the equipment that is available.Wil also set-up a program where I work out by myself a few times a week and workout with Wil a couple times a week. He checks in with me regularly to see how my individual workouts are progressing.I highly recommend Wil. He is passionate, adaptable and well-informed. Wil continues to exceed my expectations over the two years we have worked out together.“
