I highly recommend Matt as a personal trainer. I started working with him a little over a year ago and he has continuously provided me with very detailed and specific workout routines, taking into careful consideration all of my previous exercise experience, injuries, and limitations. He is great at communicating with his clients and making us all feel comfortable and motivated to reach our best potential.
