I have been a member of 9Round for 4 months and I genuinely look forward to going to the gym every morning. It’s literally my escape from everything. The trainers & owner are amazing people. They’re all welcoming & are so supportive. The members are kind & are a pleasure to be around. People from all different background are members of the gym so you won’t ever feel out of place. Also if you’re a woman, this is a safe haven for us. Overall If you’re looking for a gym home, you’ve found the right place. You won’t regret it.

Found 9Round when I was looking for a lower impact workout on my body than just running, and it's been fantastic! Chellis and the rest of the staff are phenomenal at coaching and explaining, and I always feel like I'm actually improving on my kickboxing technique in addition to burning a lot of calories relatively quickly. The fact that I can just walk in whenever without having to commit to one class time is also great because I have a weird schedule. If you're looking for something new and effective, would HIGHLY recommend!

What an awesome gym! I’m a member of a 9Round in the Twin Cities area and was coming in town for a conference. I called the Silver Spring location to see if I could drop in a couple of days to workout while I was in town. Not only did Chellis give me great advice on where to park in the area, she welcomed me into her gym with open arms. The gym is beautiful and in an awesome location, and Chellis and her trainers were so kind and fun to work out with. Highly recommend! I will definitely be back next time I’m in the area!
