“My parents who are not fluent in English had difficult time setting up the accounts, and schedules. Lee who works at Olney location was patient and very helpful explaining the steps for my parents. Also, he reached out to me, and explained step by step how to setup the accounts and schedule so that I can explain it to my parents. He was very professional, detailed and polite through out the phone conversation. Furthermore, he text me so that I can reach out to him if I had any questions. This was Above & Beyond and outstanding customer service by Lee. I highly recommend this location.“

“Joined opex shady grove 6 months ago. It's a great small gym. The coaches listen to your fitness goal and provide customized workout and nutrition plan to maximize your goal. “I have been going to Elite for over 8 months and it really is transformative. I have lost over 25lb and am in the best shape of my life. They really know what they are doing. It’s challenging but fun and a great community. I have always been into fitness and staying active and I could go to a big corporate gym but there’s something special about this smaller, family style gym that keeps me coming back. “This is THE place to get back in shape. For me, I was looking for help to get through the tough 3 months back into training after a back surgery a little over a year ago. Not only did I get the help and support necessary to be consistent and accountable, but Jake turns out to be expert at navigating the little problems I have as leftovers from nerve damage and arthritis. We push a little bit every week and my growth over a period of three months has been miraculous. Lost an inch and maybe 3 pounds, but gained tons of strength and endurance. Ready for my dream surf trip back to Costa Rica next week!! Woooo!“

“Justin is a great trainer. I’ve trained with him for two years and feel stronger in every part of my body. You work out there one on one, which is much better than using a trainer in a commercial gym. He is able to customize a work out for any body type and he trains people of all ages.“

“Dr. John Jowers is great. He is friendly, intelligent, and very efficient. I came to him last fall with a torn labrum and was hoping to do rehab instead of surgery in order to get back to throwing with high velocity. During my initial session, he listened to what my issues were and very quickly came up with ways to find my weak spots that weren't being addressed by the standard throwers ten exercises. After identifying my primary limitations, he immediately had several key exercises for me to do to specifically improve those areas. By my next session three weeks later, I had improved my previous major deficits and now had different limitations. He again identified them quickly and had a short list of exercises that would help. After one more session and some additional tweaks to my rehab routine specific to my issues, I was back to throwing at full velocity with no pain. The facility is very nice and features many of the latest technologies, but the best part for me was Dr. Jowers. He keeps up to date on the newest approaches and is very aware that nobody has time for a long list of general exercises. I really appreciated how he was able to focus precisely on the main issues and help me to overcome them quickly.“
