I was concerned about the heat but she gave me tips about keeping my hair healthy. She listens and asks me about the state of my hair. For example, I told her that I had very dry scalp toward winter time and she recommended a hot oil treatment. It worked wonders. Highly recommended

She also made me feel very comfortable, virtually immediately - and you need to be if you’re stripped down to your birthday suit lol. She’s a professional all around. 10/10 definitely recommend!

They were incredibly professional, gentle, and kind—not a single negative reaction or judgment, just calm, patient care.
Even though we booked a standard pedicure, they worked on her feet for over an hour and a half, showing so much compassion and attentiveness, especially as she repeated herself many times due to her condition. They never rushed, never asked for extra payment, and treated her with dignity the entire time.

I go to this Sola Salon Studios for Anh at D'Lux Nail Studio, who is absolutely exceptional with nails, nail care, and artistry. She can do any designs you like and is a true professional. Best lashes ever - and I've tried many different lash techs. I've been going to Cat for a few years now and don't have any plans on going anywhere else. It is expensive but one of the luxuries that I would splurge on routinely as it dramatically cuts down on my morning routine. I can get away with not wearing any makeup when Cat has done my lashes. Plus she's the best! I didn't know her before she did my lashes but now I consider her a dear friend.

Maggie is fabulous. My favorite stylist ever. I never write reviews but believe this one is important. I was depressed over my hair: bald spot, thinning, frizzy, color was always too dark. Maggie’s been cutting my hair in a way that I don’t have that bald spot glowing in the back of my head. The color is close to my natural color and I love it. Maggie asked detailed questions to get to know exactly how I wanted to look and how I wanted to manage my hair on a daily basis and she listened to me. Maggie continues to ask if I’m happy with my hair, if I’m having problems, and we discuss the progress of my hair.Maggie makes it EASY to share how you feel about your hair. She creates a partnership where you are working together so that you love your hair. I NEVER looked forward to going to the salon. I have used them 2 times to catch up on several plumbing issues. Slow Flushing toilet, kitchen sink clog, garbage disposal replacement, outside faucet replacement, Master shower thermostatic valve and copper pipe leaks (in the walls). Some of these projects were to repair poor workmanship by other large Plumbing companies. Every employee I interacted with was patient in listening to my concerns, engaged in troubleshooting the issues, knowledgeable about how to best to resolve the issue. I also like that I didn't have to pay for an estimate visit and then schedule a follow up for the repair. They came with the supplies they needed or was able to quickly get anything they needed that day to finish the job. Of note, the copper pipe repairs are beautiful. No splashed or messy soldering. The team at Roto Rooter was highly responsive and very effective. They reached out to us very soon after our initial call and came by to assess our damaged water heater and related water damage to our basement.

We are in the midst of major renovations in a home we recently purchased. Baldissera Electric has been amazing. Incredibly responsive. Meticulous attention to detail every step of the way. We have had many chandeliers and various light fixtures hung. We have relocated and added recessed lighting, moved and added electrical outlets and added lighting under our kitchens cabinets which looks amazing. Not only was the work reasonably priced but suggestions were made on what options may be best and it made a world of difference. Initially, Jeff treated my house with the regular pest solution but also warned me that it was not effective to potential bird mites and if they were the problem, I may need a follow up targeted treatment that he would perform for free. He checked the perimeter of my house and pointed out other issues that may cause pests in the future. The treatment and overall assessment was through. Jose and his team did an amazing job taking down a very large tree that was close to our house and making us nervous with the way it was leaning. He came out quickly for an assessment after I reached out, and his team came out within a week for the job. We were initially a bit skeptical because he said that his team wouldn't need a crane for the job (which was about 150-200ft tall), but he was right — they took down the whole tree just by climbing up the tree with ropes and taking it down in pieces, and there was no damage done to our house. It was incredible to watch. They also did an amazing job with the cleanup. The price was also much less than we were expecting, which we were very happy about. We will call them again if we ever need any more tree work done!

Had my first adjustment with Dr. James at Prohealth Chiropractic Health last week. I was very impressed with every aspect of my visit; the impeccable office, the friendly and professional front desk staff, and the billing manager. Dr. James thoroughly explained my x-rays, answered all my questions and prepared a treatment plan. The adjustment itself only took about 15 minutes and he explained each step as he went along. I have been seeing Dr. Athey for several years. She is very personable/friendly and is very thorough with my annual checkups. She goes out of her way to answer any of my concerns and provides various treatments for any issues. She and her staff are very good at following up with answers I may have after my visits. I feel very confident in her medical knowledge and advice.

Have been going to Dr. Green’s office since I’ve been diagnosed with Psoriasis in 2007. We have tried different methods to cure this chronic disease and Dr. Green always provided his dedicated care, the results we have are very successful. Psoriasis comes and goes usually, but I have been clear last five years, thanks to Dr. Green and his staff for wonderful job they are doing.
Dr. Yeager is a very good, professional and caring doctor. I always appreciate his thoroughness.

Dr. Green is a very patient and good listener. He is willing to understand the concerns from patients and tries to help from different angles. He also doesn't push patients to treat and see what the best options would be for my case. Definitely recommend him for Dermatology services.
Dr. Porres is very professional and has been able to accurately provide me with explanations on the condition I have, the solution, and how to maintain said solution. Is very kind and understands his craft. Also people at the front desk were very kind and welcoming and helped me during schedule immediate appointments when I needed it.
Dr Lin is very nice and extremely perky but I'm not 100% sure she is really listening to the issues you are describing. A cheery upbeat response is not necessarily the right answer to a particularly serious issue that is troubling a patient, and could be perceived as minimizing the patient's feelings about the issue. I think Dr Lin should dial up the gravitas and dial back the perkiness a bit as she is otherwise a lovely person and competent doctor
Dr Maiberger is personable, knowledgable and efficient. Her office staff is also patient-friendly
I do not have enough good things to say about Gillian and her team!!! They work so hard to make sure you are satisfied with your results, truly go above and beyond for their patients! Genuinely one of the best providers I’ve ever had! She is a perfectionist through and through and is awesome to work with! I’d recommend her in a heart beat!
Been to both the Rockville and Columbia offices. It is easy to get an appointments and the visits are thorough and efficient.
To be honest, this was the best experience my family has had with a veterinarian practice. (Of course my pup had a great experience too which says a lot!). From the scheduling process, to the appointment itself and follow-up, everything has been great. We came from a different practice, Woodley Gardens made the transition so easy with obtaining all of my dogs prior records from multiple practices which made everything so much easier. My dog has inflammatory bowel disease and is under very specific care and a special diet because of this. Dr. Lowenthal has already been an amazing help with continuing care for my dog's disease and also helping us maintain communication with our dog's internist. I highly recommend this practice!
Great service. Shout out to Stacy at the front desk who was super helpful with setting up the appointment, keeping me informed about what to expect and really just going out of her way to be helpful. Dr. Day presented me with different treatment options, and the experience was overall as good as it could be for when your fur baby is ought of sorts. Highly recommend.

Very happy with Ken Haven. Dr. Manzoor, the pet techs and front office. Staff are helpful, efficient kind, gentle. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is because I can't compare prices to other vets. I do know they helped us during Covid which sadly our historical vet was not able to. I can’t say enough good things about PetWellClinic! From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. They took the time to make Joy Boy feel comfortable, which was no easy task since he can be a little nervous around strangers.

My partner and I have been coming to Balance Vet for years for our two dogs and two cats. We trust them with our beloved animals. They are kind, thorough, give us the options, and educate us about how to decide from those options. I have never experienced bedside manner like Dr. Albano and the team have provided. The team always greets us and our animals by name and remember specific things about them. There is a reason we have continued to drive so far over the past 5 or so years to receive care from them.
I'd also like to note that I highly recommend animal communication with Terriann. We did a session with our highly anxious dog when one of his favorite people was moving out of the country and we were worried about how he would take it. Not only did we gain new insight into how his mind and perception works, but we left with tangible tips for how to help him feel empowered and content in his life and better meet his access needs as a deaf and low-vision dog. We also felt heartened and cared for ourselves. Terriann is very good at what she does and because we weren't sure what to expect, she explained everything along the way.
I chose this clinic based on positive reviews. And It was the best choice, we had a wonderful experience at this clinic. Dr Reynolds is amazing! Thank you so much! Amazing staff with caring attitude to their clients.
The doctors and staff at Nebel Street have taken care of my cats for over 20 years. They are unfailingly attentive, and treat each "patient" like their own. They take their time in the examining room, provide careful explanations, and regularly follow up with phone calls after each visit. Originally, I lived a few blocks from their office, which was very convenient. Although I have moved, the 30 minute drive is well worth it. I wouldn't trust my cat family with anyone else.

Simply the best place you can take your pet. The staff not only cares about the animals but are all animal lovers and always made my dog feel comfortable. We had to put him down recently after a stroke and the staff were incredibly compassionate, professional, and reassuring that we were doing the right thing for our dog, while explaining the what was happening through each step of the process. We just received a card signed by the staff with little notes detailing the staff's experiences with my dog. Can't express how grateful I am for this place

I love that she has trained and is accomplished in numerous healing modalities, including massage therapy, the Feldenkrais Method, Reiki, Insight Acupressure, and more. Each session I receive from Alison is unique and healing as she is very intuitive and has a large toolbox of modalities to help me with any given issue I’m dealing with. She is a great teacher as well. I use the acupressure from her Seva Acupressure workshop frequently with my clients...years after taking the class! I highly recommend working with Alison if you are looking for a highly trained, caring, holistic practitioner!
I loved my massage! Mary has a wonderful technique that melted away my neck and shoulder tension. Beyond being cheery, her personality is warm ad comforting, and you can tell that she is doing what she loves. She has a commitment to her clients' results. I have been searching for a massage therapist in the DMV and happily found Mary. Not all massage therapists are created equally Mary sets the standard of what you should expect in a massage.

Alyssa of Strata Massage Therapy is the only massage therapist I've seen on a regular basis for over a year. She diagnoses the problem and applies the right techniques and I appreciate her attention to detail, education, and communication. I can't recommend her enough and as someone who strength trains daily, runs, and also sits at a desk too many hours/day, I know how valuable her services have been to my ability to remain active.

My son, a teenaged sprinter, has seen Dr. Hale many times to help with his recovery after and preparation for races. It has been an important part of maintaining his health and supporting his performance. It has always been very easy to schedule massage sessions and Dr. Hale is welcoming and compassionate, in addition to being extremely skilled and knowledgeable with massage. After watching sessions with my son, I scheduled a massage with Terrell to address tension I had been storing in my body. It was a revelation: I left feeling more connected and aware of my own body and health. Highly recommend Dr. Hale!
Dont get mad if they work on you really rough. It means they're really trying to make your rock hard muscles and tendons to loose it up. If you really want to fix the issues on your body then go to this place however it always takes little pain as well. If you know the massage and deep tissue , this is the place.

TianDr Tain is an extremely professional and knowledgeable acupuncturist. He is currently treating my husband for a rare eye disease. He listens and evaluates carefully and is very caring and compassionate. No other doctors have given my husband any hope to see again. Dr Tian treats him as an individual and gives him hope and inspiration for recovery. He uses a unique approach to treat my husband’s optic nerve neuropathy combining wholistic health with electrode-acupuncture and herbs. He always greets us with a smile. His jovial demeanor helps to make this rare eye disease more bearable.Dr Tian has also treated my husband’s asthma/wheezing using acupuncture and herbs and we have seen very successful result quickly. He has treated our daughter for allergies in the spring and she has experienced great relief, naturally, from her allergies.As a licensed oncologist he treats many cancer patients. We have talked with other patients that he treats for pain relief. Dr Tian works with insurance companies to cover the visits. This goes beyond five star. Dr. Soliman's treatment of allergies is quite literally life changing. Without his SAAT, I would probably be on a hyper-restricted diet of fake food supplements and unable to go to many public areas because my allergic reactions to garlic had become airborn as well as ingested (as well as quite a few other allergens). Now I feel like a normal human being and can simply eat food and walk outside without wearing a mask to avoid allergens! It's a miracle, as far as I'm concerned.
As stated other places here, I have continued with my allergy meds but have been able to stop the allergy shots and reduce both my allergy and asthma meds (allergy induced asthma) over time. But not cold turkey after the first set of needles.
I can't recommend this treatment highly enough, and Dr. Soliman and his staff are good people.

I enrolled my daughter into this program very recently due to the fact that it seemed more focused on making sure the student actually knows how to drive safely. Many other schools, the instructors only care about the money and as long as the student doesn't cause an accident, all is well, not this school. The instructor in I Drive Smart are all professional, communicate to parents areas to improve upon and how well the student is progressing. There is an in-classroom portion that must be completed before getting on the road but there is choice of an online, self paced option or face to face. The on the road classes can be scheduled at a time that works well with the student and can be as close together or as far apart as needed. My daughter became more confident behind the wheel and at the end, passed her test. This school is well worth the money. I can't recommend them enough.
I recently completed the 36-hour Driver's Education course and obtained my provisional driver's license.
My experience was positive. The behind-the-wheel training with Instructor M was great. He was incredibly patient and taught me everything I needed to know to feel confident for my driving test. His calm demeanor and clear explanations made the six hours of driving lessons both enjoyable and educational.
However, the 30 hours of classroom theory were just okay. While the information covered is essential and comprehensive, the classes felt quite long and could get tiring at times. It might be beneficial if the school could find ways to make these sessions more engaging or break them into shorter, more interactive segments to help maintain students' attention.
Overall, I would recommend Greg's Driving School for anyone looking to get their driver's license.
