Despite being unable to assist me directly, they generously provided valuable advice regarding potential alternatives, such as replacing the flooring or considering LVP options. They had high-end dustless sanding equipment, certification from leading vendors of flooring products (Bona, Loba, etc), ongoing training, many years of experience, and a very competitive price point. The one thing that struck me about Moises, the owner of AZ was his dedication to his craft. It's hard to find contractors who strive for excellence in this day and age.In summary, good people doing going work for a really good price.
