I didn't ultimately proceed with AZ Hardwood Flooring's services, but I must commend them for their exceptional customer service and integrity. After sending them a video of my kitchen floor, they promptly reached out to me to explain why restoration wasn't feasible. Despite being unable to assist me directly, they generously provided valuable advice regarding potential alternatives, such as replacing the flooring or considering LVP options. Their honesty and willingness to offer guidance truly stood out to me.

We had a very positive experience with AZ Hardwood Floor Services. I did a ton of research before hiring them and the effort paid off. The context of our situation was that another contractor had royally screwed up our floors and we needed to re-sand and re-finish the hardwood. There are very few ways to make an entire house unlivable and a bad contractor using cheap products on the floors is one of them. Just trust me on this, do not go cheap on the polyurethane finish material. Go with the premium water based product.
