My son, a teenaged sprinter, has seen Dr. Hale many times to help with his recovery after and preparation for races. It has been an important part of maintaining his health and supporting his performance. It has always been very easy to schedule massage sessions and Dr. Hale is welcoming and compassionate, in addition to being extremely skilled and knowledgeable with massage. After watching sessions with my son, I scheduled a massage with Terrell to address tension I had been storing in my body. It was a revelation: I left feeling more connected and aware of my own body and health. Highly recommend Dr. Hale!
I've been working with Terrel for a few years now, starting with my half ironman training efforts. He has extensive knowledge when it comes to massage and the ability to assist you in muscle conditioning and recovery; through his abilities, ive been able to avoid a nagging knee injury for multiple events, including just recently finishing my first full marathon; highly recommend and i personally will continue to rely on him
I have been seeing Terrel for about a month now during the Boston Marathon training cycle. I have had a lot of success with ART in the past and was happy to see that Terrel provided both ART and massage. Terrel works on all of the key areas that I ask for and works with me to explain his technique and what it is addressing. Last weekend I ran a 33:22 10K and was having tightness in my quads and glutes and was worried I may not recover to resume marathon training.
