I decided to check out Orangetheory and started with my first free class. I came in with no expectations and wanted to try something new. Guess what, I signed up to do two classes a month! My first class with Julia was amazing and I felt amazing afterwards! Brianna(sp) was very helpful as well. They took their time explaining the specifics and I felt welcomed! If you’re looking for something new, exciting and challenging come to Orangetheory!

INCREDIBLE studio, staff, community, and workout! I’ve been to four other OTF studios across DC and NJ and none have compared to the Silver Spring studio. There is plenty of space, high-tech equipment, and higher capacity per class than any other studio I’ve been to. The coaches are phenomenal. Julia, Ennis, and Billy in particular are some of the top tier coaches I’ve ever worked with. As a retired D1 competitive athlete, I was looking for a workout that would keep me accountable and help maintain toning through fat loss. After finishing my college athletic career, it was hard for me to be motivated to workout out at the gym alone. Orange therapy silver spring has brought back the passion I have for fitness and being apart of a team. Each coach is so inspiring and motivating and makes me so want to push myself. I can’t say enough how happy I am to have found this gym!
