I waited to see how long it would be between instances to post this. This time it was about a week between instances. My biggest (and only) gripe about this place is that someone is always downstairs wiping down treadmills or mopping the floor but we can’t get BOTH paper towels AND cleaning solution consistently in the designated spots upstairs. Which means no one is cleaning off the strength training equipment. Like okay fine if folks don’t do it, they don’t do it but for those of us that want to wipe things down PLEASE consistently provide paper towels and cleaning solution. I've been a member here since they opened. The only issue is shoddy maintenance. The hot tub needs a deep clean. What good is changing the water is you don't scrub the scum around the ring.

I am very disappointed with LA Fitness, Silver Spring, because they don't seem to care about keeping the facility clean for the customers. The other day, there were only 2 disinfectant spray bottles for customers to use to wipe down the machines before and after use. Today, there were no disinfectant spray bottles for customers to use so now no one can clean the machines. Also, on many weight machines, the pins are missing so no one can use these machines.
