Good location. Biggest issues are broken equipment and outdated equipment. Also, classes offered are not exciting for today's customers. Need stress relief class names and programs.

Personal training is available and has received positive feedback. The gym has undergone improvements under new management, with friendly staff members who go above and beyond to assist customers. However, some machines are outdated and can break down easily, which leads to delays in maintenance. While the gym is lovely to visit, especially in the afternoons when it’s less busy, it can often be crowded. There are complaints about cleanliness, as some members do not clean up after themselves, and the bathrooms and locker rooms are not always maintained. The gym also features a nice dry sauna and a jacuzzi near the pool. Parking can be a challenge, with some members leaving without paying, leading to potential tickets. Overall, this location stands out due to its basketball court, but improvements are needed to enhance the overall experience.

Just a shout out to Jimmy from LA Fitness in Silver Spring. Jimmy has helped me with my account a few times and solved the issues quickly and successfully, he is professional, knowledgeable and always greets everyone and wishes them a good day. I have been a member with LA Fitness for years and I am very happy with this gym. Thank you!

I’ve been to dozens of La fitness across the country and this gotta be one of the bottom on my list. This is the only La fitness I’ve been without free parking/validating park. Some patrons are dirty and often leave wipes and napkins everywhere and not reracking weights. Staff from front desk and cleaning staff are super friendly and helpful though, kudos to them. Swimming pool with four lanes, with sauna, hot tub, and locker room kept cleaned. Decent equipment and spacious lifting areas. Also have I mentioned about patrons leaving their trash behind and not reracking weights? Good luck finding dumbbells.
