Cannot recommend Elite technique enough! My amazing trainer Yaire helped me lose 70 pounds in 5 months! But every single trainer at this location is great, professional, friendly, and always helping me stay safe & get the most out of each session. If you’re thinking about it, DO IT!Also, I’m super antisocial but look forward to coming here during the week. Great positive energy!
