I went to this salon last week for the first time. Their customer service blew me away. Bledi did an immaculate job on my blonde partial foil. They really take the time to make sure your results come out how you expected or even better. I will 100% be going back.
A few days before my 30th birthday, I received a botched hair cut from a local salon here in Worcester. I was devastated and left embarrassed. My hair was so short and there was no way I was cutting off more to fix the unevenness and missing patches through out. I googled the best places in Worcester to get extensions and the pigment lab was the first place that popped up. I looked at others but ultimately messaged the pigment salon Saturday late afternoon and they got back to be right way! Although not opened on Monday Marissa made me a consultation appointment for Monday. She colored matched my hair and we ordered the hair that day and arrived two days later. After being traumatized by my last experience I was really nervous about getting my hair done. My hair looks beautiful and feels amazing.This was honestly the best experience I ever had in a salon EVER! Marissa was so nice and helpful and so knowledgeable about everything I asked her. I will never go anywhere else after seeing what my hair is capable of looking like when done by such a talented hairstylist.

I had my first appointment today with Lindsey J., and I could NOT be happier! I’m a girl with super thick, dense and coarse red hair. If you’re a thick-haired girl, you understand that you need a stylist who truly KNOWS how to tame thick hair and often it’s hard to find one. Thick haircuts really are their own skill set. After a couple of not-so-great haircuts from other salons, I was getting really discouraged that I wasn’t going to find the stylist who could cut my hair in a way that it would cooperate.
My coworker absolutely sung Lindsey’s praises and told me that I had to try her out, saying that Lindsey is a hair goddess and gave her the best haircut she’s ever had. I was hesitant to go on my coworker’s advice, because she and I have completely different hair types, but I figured it was worth a shot after hearing her rave review!
Thick-haired girls, let me tell you that your stylist search is over with Lindsey. Her approach to cutting thick hair was completely different from any stylist I’ve been to in the past. She took so much time making sure the cut was perfect, and my hair is now EXACTLY how I’ve wanted it. She also gave me a highlight today which looks sun-kissed and beautiful, and perfectly compliments the cut. I had my first visit today at Truepenny Barber Shop in Sturbridge, MA, and it was an outstanding experience. I walked in without an appointment, and they were very welcoming and accommodating. They quickly set me up with Taylor, who did an excellent job. Taylor really understood the style I was looking for and delivered a true 5-star haircut. The attention to detail and professionalism were top-notch. The prices are very reasonable, and the level of service is simply the best. I had a place I went for my vacation tans. One year we were going away and I called a month ahead to schedule, they were unable to help me. Blessings in disguise. Was unsure of going to a house but it was a very comfortable and a clean setting. Edyta was so friendly and personable. She did an Amazing job, it was the Best airbrush tan I have gotten. No orange streaks and perfect even around my fingers and toes. She takes her time and goes the extra mile. I highly recommend her and you will agree.

This is my fourth builder gel fill with V and I am so very pleased with her work! Her supplies and tools are always sanitized, she's super friendly, and her work is high caliber. She was extremely affordable ($35 French tip pedi w/gel), I already had gel on my toes and she didn’t charge for removal. She was prompt, clean and my toes came out so cute. I had an event to go to you and I was in a rush for time. They took me in quickly and helped me get gel pedicure with no massage as I requested and gel color change in about 50min. Everyone was so great and nice. Kayla was so amazing, I have been dealing with ingrown nails since my pregnancy and she helped me by cutting it off, it has been a great relief to wear shoes without my foot hurting. Never had someone go as far and beyond. I am so happy they are close to my job. I’ll definitely be back.

Nina was very warm and welcoming. Her work was also impeccable. I got a regular gel polish. As a Brazilian, our focus is usually more on cuticle removal and she did that perfectly using the “Russian manicure” method. I also loved that the polish was as close to the cuticle as possible. My pet peeve is having a fresh manicure that look a week old because the color is so far from the cuticle. Loved everything! Will be returning soon. ?

Amazing services! I been coming here for almost 2.5 years for electrolysis on my face. Jael understood I had pcos and was very informative & honest with me. One thing that was told to me was the only way I was going to see a change, is if I was consistent. And I was! Went from 1h 15 min sessions every week to now 15 min weekly sessions. I could go biweekly if i wanted to, but i love my visits with Jael! Highly recommended for electrolysis! The office is super clean and Jael is so pressional.

Amazing experience here - I had a septum piercing years ago, removed it and decided I wanted it redone. The piercer was able to wiggle a new piercing through the old hole without using a needle. Painless. He was very respectful. Can't recommend this studio enough.

I have gone to Studio 31 3 times for tattoos and have always had a great experience. The shop is super clean and has a cool atmosphere and all of the artists do solid work! I had a piece done yesterday by Shoe on my calf and I had planned to do both calves in one sitting. After the first was done, we talked about how I was feeling and what the best approach would be as I wanted to get a bit more done but didn’t think I would be able to sit still for another 2+ hours. I asked if we could do the outline to get things started and Shoe gave me the pros and cons for that. I had seen a post about this same artist before, saying that he talked her out of doing what she wanted or said he could not do what she wanted. I had the complete opposite experience. He gave advice as to why it is better to do the entire thing in one sitting but also said try at it was my choice as I was the customer. I knew that I didn’t t know better than someone who has been doing it for 20+ years and took his advice. Needless to say, I will be going back in a few weeks to get my other calf done. Lastly, besides being knowledgeable, he does really great work! I highly recommend this place and also Shoe and Jason Banks (those are the only artists I have gotten ink from).

We've hired Jason (All Bases Covered) for a few different jobs now and have found him to be reliable and provide nothing but quality service. After leaving voicemails with six different plumbers about a small/non-emergency job, he was the only one to call back within a day. The others took over a week to call back, if at all. I would highly recommend for any job/fix you have, big or small.
Came in and evaluated my water heater issue. Then brought in replacement unit back up and running in 4 hours.
Had to call Roto-Rooter for a clogged laundry sink. They were there in about and hours time. The gentleman who came was named Anthony. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He assessed the problem and gave me a price before he started. It took him about 15 minutes to get it cleared and gave me some tips on using a lent catcher. I definitely would call them again and ask got Anthony.

All plumbers are not equal!!! I had Landry’s come out to change a faucet, I had purchased. All the guys were nice except it turned into a long appointment where they couldn’t turn off the water so… the new estimate was about 300% more. 1896/The Drain Guys came out and had it all fixed in an hour for a fraction of the cost. R. Fresolo was exceptional!!! We had a rather large heating/boiler systems replaced including complicated plumbing, mixing valves, radiant heating and a whole host of other modifications. He called me almost immediately and asked what was going on with my washer. It was a Sunday! He said he would stop by Monday when I got home from work and take a look at it to see if it was worth repairing. He was so professional did not try to sell me something I did not need and he made the diagnosis and adjustment needed so that my washer is now working. He said if it goes wrong again, just call him and we’ll take it to the next step, but so far so good! I highly recommend him.

I spent almost 6 months trying on FB marketplace to find a locksmith. All I got was business out in TX, FL,MI, etc and they wasted my time. I almost wanted to junk my car. Some gentleman recommended Allan for me and made a call. I came up to Worcester from CT and got my keys car keys made and programmed at the gas station near the shop. The guy is a pro. I wanted to share my review because of the several positive aspects of the second story deck project FS Construction completed for us. It also involved replacing a window with a patio door. When we did our initial research, we felt overwhelmed with the amount of options and had not heard quotes back from several other local companies. FS Construction responded very quickly and offered to come out onsite wearing masks to give us a sense of our options. They provided multiple estimates for different types of wood for the deck and sent a quote over after we settled on our choice.They started the project the next day and we were able to complete the project in about 5 days. Steve removed a lot of trees from my back yard, and he gave me a very fair price. It was a difficult job as my back yard was only accessible from my neighbor's property. And while my neighbor allowed access, that's where her cooperation ended. Steve had to work around her fence, which she wouldn't allow to be properly removed (on my tab). Steve removed the softer wood, and left the hardwood, as I asked.He supplied his insurance information quickly. He showed up promptly to remove the trees, and he was able to tolerate my next door neighbor, who I am sure made the day more stressful than it needed to be.Before you contact one of Worcester's well known tree services with a lot of good reviews, know that last year, when I tried to have the trees removed, I contacted this very popular, large tree service. They promised me over and over that they were going to take my trees down. They strung me along and never did the job, and then left for the winter. I honestly don't think they ever intended to do the work, but weren't honest enough to tell me. Clearly they don't need the money and don't care.Hire Steve! He's a good guy and does good work.

For almost a year, she treated me 2–3 times a month, and whenever our schedules didn’t align, Dr. Makeyla was always there to help. I am beyond grateful for the amazing care Dr. Britney and Dr. Makeyla have provided — without them, I honestly would not have the quality of life I’ve fought so hard to maintain.
She is constantly learning, growing, and staying up to date in her field. I was introduced to Dr. Q by a family member. I was intrigued and reached out to set up an appointment. Dr.Q and his staff are very nice and welcoming. Dr.Q is very kind and easy to speak to. He listened to all of my concerns, took notes and seemed to put a plan together immediately. He suggested a cleanse-shakes, pills and a clean diet, also set up a follow up appointment. Four weeks went by fast, by week 2 I was feeling better, week 3 I was feeling great. I lost more weight than I expected, felt better with my joints and asthma than I was even hoping for. I just cannot say enough about Route 20 Animal Clinic, Dr. Nick Kotsopolous, and staff, especially Colleen. My parents and I have been taking our pets to the clinic for over 20 years. Dr. Nick is so caring, patient, and understanding. Often he's returning calls until 8pm and has given his personal cell phone number if there are any issues post sedation, regardless of procedure. From tumor removal surgery to dental cleaning he calls to check on our pets. He will also ask about how my parents are doing and their pets when I go for a visit with mine. Colleen is fantastic with grooming. My long haired cats would get shaved in the summer so they were more comfortable and she always made them look so adorable and smell so nice. She's also so kind and compassionate, plus prompt with returning calls. If there is a specialized surgery Dr. Nick can't do, he has always referred me to excellent surgeons. For end of life issues, the staff are above and beyond caring and loving. This doctor truly seems to love his work and it will be such a loss whenever he does retire. Comparable rates, prompt response, varied services, excellent care. If you want an excellent veterinarian, Dr. Nick Kotsopolous at The Route 20 Animal Clinic is the one to see.
