I went to this salon last week for the first time. Their customer service blew me away. Bledi did an immaculate job on my blonde partial foil. They really take the time to make sure your results come out how you expected or even better. I will 100% be going back.
A few days before my 30th birthday, I received a botched hair cut from a local salon here in Worcester. I was devastated and left embarrassed. My hair was so short and there was no way I was cutting off more to fix the unevenness and missing patches through out. I googled the best places in Worcester to get extensions and the pigment lab was the first place that popped up. I looked at others but ultimately messaged the pigment salon Saturday late afternoon and they got back to be right way! Although not opened on Monday Marissa made me a consultation appointment for Monday. She colored matched my hair and we ordered the hair that day and arrived two days later. After being traumatized by my last experience I was really nervous about getting my hair done. My hair looks beautiful and feels amazing.This was honestly the best experience I ever had in a salon EVER! Marissa was so nice and helpful and so knowledgeable about everything I asked her. I will never go anywhere else after seeing what my hair is capable of looking like when done by such a talented hairstylist.
I’ve been going to Colored by Colleen for a few years now, and it is 100% the best studio I’ve been to. I moved to Boston, but I still make the drive to get my hair done! Colleen always works with me to make sure it is the cut and color that I want, and she is always happy to give instructions on how to maintain the color in between appointments. 11/10 recommend, even if traveling for a distance. Very reasonable prices as well for 5 star service. Best studio by far!

They have strong support from long-term customers around Worcester. Highly recommended for any gender or ethnicity to get the hairstyle that you want. My husband likes his too.

Fleet Street is the most welcoming shop I have ever gotten my hair done in. I’ve enjoyed coming here as every visit is a positive experience. I’ve had the pleasure of having my hair cut by Edie and Kate. They are both so easy to talk to, and amazing at what they do! 10/10 Highly recommend, Ive never felt more comfortable getting my hair cut as I feel with them! I had my first visit today at Truepenny Barber Shop in Sturbridge, MA, and it was an outstanding experience. I walked in without an appointment, and they were very welcoming and accommodating. They quickly set me up with Taylor, who did an excellent job. Taylor really understood the style I was looking for and delivered a true 5-star haircut. The attention to detail and professionalism were top-notch. The prices are very reasonable, and the level of service is simply the best. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a great cut!

This is my fourth builder gel fill with V and I am so very pleased with her work! Her supplies and tools are always sanitized, she's super friendly, and her work is high caliber. She noticed things and imperfections from my previous nail lady and took the time to not only teach me about it but reepair them to HER standards, which are very high. She was extremely affordable ($35 French tip pedi w/gel), I already had gel on my toes and she didn’t charge for removal. She was prompt, clean and my toes came out so cute. I had an event to go to you and I was in a rush for time. They took me in quickly and helped me get gel pedicure with no massage as I requested and gel color change in about 50min. Everyone was so great and nice. Kayla was so amazing, I have been dealing with ingrown nails since my pregnancy and she helped me by cutting it off, it has been a great relief to wear shoes without my foot hurting. Never had someone go as far and beyond. I am so happy they are close to my job. I’ll definitely be back.

The owners Nina and Gelly have a great thing going at Hush. Easy to book an appointment online, and convenient location close to Tatnuck with parking. They are open until 9pm on Friday and Saturday, which is later than most places nearby.
Come here for the chats and the service. This is not your typical silent nail appointment. I received excellent service, but I was particularly impressed by how the team went above and beyond for a nice young woman who was getting her nails done for her bat mitzvah. She had very particular requests and they were more than accommodating to make her feel special. I left with my feet feeling brand new!

Amazing services! I been coming here for almost 2.5 years for electrolysis on my face. Jael understood I had pcos and was very informative & honest with me. One thing that was told to me was the only way I was going to see a change, is if I was consistent. And I was! Went from 1h 15 min sessions every week to now 15 min weekly sessions. I could go biweekly if i wanted to, but i love my visits with Jael! Highly recommended for electrolysis! The office is super clean and Jael is so pressional.

I had a great experience with Kat, she was really kind and honest. I went in for a color correction. I have been coloring my hair with box dye for 12 years and have used various browns, reds, and black at one point. She took the time to fix my hair to get it a step closer to where I want it to be. Our end goal is an ash/mushroom brown. I really liked how she gave the expectation from the beginning. I can’t wait to come back in July. Also, Sunday was amazing to meet and such a sweetie. 💕

Amazing experience here - I had a septum piercing years ago, removed it and decided I wanted it redone. The piercer was able to wiggle a new piercing through the old hole without using a needle. Painless. He was very respectful. Can't recommend this studio enough.

I have gone to Studio 31 3 times for tattoos and have always had a great experience. The shop is super clean and has a cool atmosphere and all of the artists do solid work! I had a piece done yesterday by Shoe on my calf and I had planned to do both calves in one sitting. After the first was done, we talked about how I was feeling and what the best approach would be as I wanted to get a bit more done but didn’t think I would be able to sit still for another 2+ hours. I asked if we could do the outline to get things started and Shoe gave me the pros and cons for that. I had seen a post about this same artist before, saying that he talked her out of doing what she wanted or said he could not do what she wanted. I had the complete opposite experience. He gave advice as to why it is better to do the entire thing in one sitting but also said try at it was my choice as I was the customer. I knew that I didn’t t know better than someone who has been doing it for 20+ years and took his advice. Needless to say, I will be going back in a few weeks to get my other calf done. Lastly, besides being knowledgeable, he does really great work! I highly recommend this place and also Shoe and Jason Banks (those are the only artists I have gotten ink from).

We've hired Jason (All Bases Covered) for a few different jobs now and have found him to be reliable and provide nothing but quality service. After leaving voicemails with six different plumbers about a small/non-emergency job, he was the only one to call back within a day. The others took over a week to call back, if at all. All plumbers are not equal!!! I had Landry’s come out to change a faucet, I had purchased. All the guys were nice except it turned into a long appointment where they couldn’t turn off the water so… the new estimate was about 300% more. 1896/The Drain Guys came out and had it all fixed in an hour for a fraction of the cost. I thought my washing machine was a finished, but I needed confirmation from someone in know! I called Jamie at JM Appliance. He called me almost immediately and asked what was going on with my washer. It was a Sunday! He was so professional did not try to sell me something I did not need and he made the diagnosis and adjustment needed so that my washer is now working. We started using L&A cleaning services today! Luiza is SO prompt and thorough with her communications, even going as far to follow up about how her team will take special care in my son’s room due to his severe asthma. We did a deep clean today because it’s been 5-6 weeks since our last regular clean. I explained to Luiza what I was looking for and that we needed someone reliable and consistent. She worked with me to determine the best day of the week and times to come after the deep clean. Her team spent about 7 hours at our home today, cleaning top to bottom. We are obsessed!! I wanted to share my review because of the several positive aspects of the second story deck project FS Construction completed for us. It also involved replacing a window with a patio door. When we did our initial research, we felt overwhelmed with the amount of options and had not heard quotes back from several other local companies. FS Construction responded very quickly and offered to come out onsite wearing masks to give us a sense of our options. They provided multiple estimates for different types of wood for the deck and sent a quote over after we settled on our choice.They started the project the next day and we were able to complete the project in about 5 days. The technician arrived right on time, explained the dangers of clogged vents, and then got straight to work. They cleared out years of lint buildup that was restricting airflow and creating a fire risk. My dryer now works so much better—it dries faster and doesn’t overheat. The technician was knowledgeable, polite, and very thorough. They also gave me helpful tips for keeping the vent clean between services. The price was fair, and the service was fast and professional.

Very professional, on time and explained what she was gonna do. She set traps in the attic, boarded up the places around the house and cleaned up. Steve removed a lot of trees from my back yard, and he gave me a very fair price. It was a difficult job as my back yard was only accessible from my neighbor's property. And while my neighbor allowed access, that's where her cooperation ended. Steve had to work around her fence, which she wouldn't allow to be properly removed (on my tab). Steve removed the softer wood, and left the hardwood, as I asked.He supplied his insurance information quickly. He showed up promptly to remove the trees, and he was able to tolerate my next door neighbor, who I am sure made the day more stressful than it needed to be.Before you contact one of Worcester's well known tree services with a lot of good reviews, know that last year, when I tried to have the trees removed, I contacted this very popular, large tree service. They promised me over and over that they were going to take my trees down. They strung me along and never did the job, and then left for the winter. I honestly don't think they ever intended to do the work, but weren't honest enough to tell me. Clearly they don't need the money and don't care.Hire Steve! He's a good guy and does good work.

The job was delicate with the tree close to two homes and not a lot of space to work in. When the job was finished clean up was great. I know who I will call when I need any more work done. I was in extreme pain with an infection they were able to get me in same day. When I arrived I was in complete tears from the pain and I was having troubles with my new insurance company Christine called my insurance for me and stayed on the phone with them to insure I would be ok. They treated me right away and helped me through the entire process even after the referral to another dentist they called me to insure I was ok. I highly recommend them so sweet and friendly and most of all caring most dentists turned me away when I explained I had new insurance less than 48hrs!
Dr. Agadi has always been great! I never liked the dentist, but once I went to see Dr. Agadi I felt really good. She always does the best work and is very gentle/precise with what she does! I would recommend coming here if you get the chance!

I've had pretty extreme dental anxiety for as long as I can remember. Turns out, it was just because of bad dentists in the past. I've now known and have been seeing Dr. Kalra and her staff for a few years and I can say with utmost confidence that they almost completely cured my anxiety with dentists. They are incredibly kind and caring and take all of my concerns into account, answer any questions I may have, and I can confidently say I 100% trust my oral health in their hands. Unfortunately due to past dentists, when I first went to Dr. Kalra, I had to be in there basically once a week for a while to fix the endless lists of problems I had. I went from extreme pain and sensitivity to almost neither of both. I'm incredibly grateful for the work and personability Dr. Kalra has provided for me. I will be going to her for as long as I can.

Dr. Britney has been absolutely incredible and truly a cornerstone in helping me manage my demanding 3 hour daily commute. For almost a year, she treated me 2–3 times a month, and whenever our schedules didn’t align, Dr. Makeyla was always there to help. I am beyond grateful for the amazing care Dr. Britney and Dr. Makeyla have provided — without them, I honestly would not have the quality of life I’ve fought so hard to maintain.

I was introduced to Dr. Q by a family member. I was intrigued and reached out to set up an appointment. Dr.Q and his staff are very nice and welcoming. Dr.Q is very kind and easy to speak to. He listened to all of my concerns, took notes and seemed to put a plan together immediately. He suggested a cleanse-shakes, pills and a clean diet, also set up a follow up appointment. Four weeks went by fast, by week 2 I was feeling better, week 3 I was feeling great. I lost more weight than I expected, felt better with my joints and asthma than I was even hoping for. I am going to continue with Dr. Q to maintain my progress, I am excited for things to come. I highly recommend talking to Dr. Q. He is an incredible healer!

I just cannot say enough about Route 20 Animal Clinic, Dr. Nick Kotsopolous, and staff, especially Colleen. My parents and I have been taking our pets to the clinic for over 20 years. Dr. Nick is so caring, patient, and understanding. Often he's returning calls until 8pm and has given his personal cell phone number if there are any issues post sedation, regardless of procedure. From tumor removal surgery to dental cleaning he calls to check on our pets. He will also ask about how my parents are doing and their pets when I go for a visit with mine. Colleen is fantastic with grooming. My long haired cats would get shaved in the summer so they were more comfortable and she always made them look so adorable and smell so nice. She's also so kind and compassionate, plus prompt with returning calls. If there is a specialized surgery Dr. Nick can't do, he has always referred me to excellent surgeons. For end of life issues, the staff are above and beyond caring and loving. This doctor truly seems to love his work and it will be such a loss whenever he does retire. Comparable rates, prompt response, varied services, excellent care. If you want an excellent veterinarian, Dr. Nick Kotsopolous at The Route 20 Animal Clinic is the one to see.

He mentioned he didn’t realize appointments were mandatory and had to leave to complete the booking first. It made me truly appreciate how smooth, organized, and thoughtful my own experience was. After presenting my approval code, I was welcomed in right away with a warm smile. Lina already had the room beautifully prepared and was waiting for me. The entire session was professional, deeply relaxing, and far exceeded my expectations. She was incredibly attentive, highly skilled, and made sure every single moment was enjoyable and special from start to finish. I felt completely pampered and cared for. I had an incredible deep tissue massage with Paris and can’t recommend her enough. She listened carefully to everything I asked for and truly delivered. She found and worked through all the areas I needed most. I left feeling amazing, relaxed, and noticeably better in my body. This was hands down one of the best massages I’ve ever had, and I’ll absolutely be booking with Paris again.
Absolutely incredible. She found muscles that I didn’t even know were tense. Definitely a more traditional Chinese massage so if you’re not used to that I would research it a little. Absolutely amazing experience and everything I was looking for!
