I went to this salon last week for the first time. Their customer service blew me away. Bledi did an immaculate job on my blonde partial foil. They really take the time to make sure your results come out how you expected or even better. I will 100% be going back.
A few days before my 30th birthday, I received a botched hair cut from a local salon here in Worcester. I was devastated and left embarrassed. My hair was so short and there was no way I was cutting off more to fix the unevenness and missing patches through out. I googled the best places in Worcester to get extensions and the pigment lab was the first place that popped up. I looked at others but ultimately messaged the pigment salon Saturday late afternoon and they got back to be right way! Although not opened on Monday Marissa made me a consultation appointment for Monday. She colored matched my hair and we ordered the hair that day and arrived two days later. After being traumatized by my last experience I was really nervous about getting my hair done. My hair looks beautiful and feels amazing.This was honestly the best experience I ever had in a salon EVER! Marissa was so nice and helpful and so knowledgeable about everything I asked her. I will never go anywhere else after seeing what my hair is capable of looking like when done by such a talented hairstylist.

I had my first appointment today with Lindsey J., and I could NOT be happier! I’m a girl with super thick, dense and coarse red hair. If you’re a thick-haired girl, you understand that you need a stylist who truly KNOWS how to tame thick hair and often it’s hard to find one. Thick haircuts really are their own skill set. After a couple of not-so-great haircuts from other salons, I was getting really discouraged that I wasn’t going to find the stylist who could cut my hair in a way that it would cooperate.
My coworker absolutely sung Lindsey’s praises and told me that I had to try her out, saying that Lindsey is a hair goddess and gave her the best haircut she’s ever had. I was hesitant to go on my coworker’s advice, because she and I have completely different hair types, but I figured it was worth a shot after hearing her rave review!
Thick-haired girls, let me tell you that your stylist search is over with Lindsey. Her approach to cutting thick hair was completely different from any stylist I’ve been to in the past. She took so much time making sure the cut was perfect, and my hair is now EXACTLY how I’ve wanted it. She also gave me a highlight today which looks sun-kissed and beautiful, and perfectly compliments the cut. I am so thankful to have finally found my new stylist and haven’t stopped looking at my hair since I got home! Trust me, you will not be disappointed! Thanks so much Lindsey.

I had my first visit today at Truepenny Barber Shop in Sturbridge, MA, and it was an outstanding experience. I walked in without an appointment, and they were very welcoming and accommodating. They quickly set me up with Taylor, who did an excellent job. Taylor really understood the style I was looking for and delivered a true 5-star haircut. The attention to detail and professionalism were top-notch. The prices are very reasonable, and the level of service is simply the best. I had a place I went for my vacation tans. One year we were going away and I called a month ahead to schedule, they were unable to help me. Blessings in disguise. Was unsure of going to a house but it was a very comfortable and a clean setting. Edyta was so friendly and personable. She did an Amazing job, it was the Best airbrush tan I have gotten. No orange streaks and perfect even around my fingers and toes. She takes her time and goes the extra mile. I highly recommend her and you will agree.

The father and son who own this place are the best, they’re very honest and knowledgeable when it comes to their equipment. This is my fourth builder gel fill with V and I am so very pleased with her work! Her supplies and tools are always sanitized, she's super friendly, and her work is high caliber. She noticed things and imperfections from my previous nail lady and took the time to not only teach me about it but reepair them to HER standards, which are very high. She was extremely affordable ($35 French tip pedi w/gel), I already had gel on my toes and she didn’t charge for removal. She was prompt, clean and my toes came out so cute. I had an event to go to you and I was in a rush for time. They took me in quickly and helped me get gel pedicure with no massage as I requested and gel color change in about 50min. Everyone was so great and nice. Kayla was so amazing, I have been dealing with ingrown nails since my pregnancy and she helped me by cutting it off, it has been a great relief to wear shoes without my foot hurting. Never had someone go as far and beyond. I am so happy they are close to my job. I’ll definitely be back.

Nina was very warm and welcoming. Her work was also impeccable. I got a regular gel polish. As a Brazilian, our focus is usually more on cuticle removal and she did that perfectly using the “Russian manicure” method. I also loved that the polish was as close to the cuticle as possible. My pet peeve is having a fresh manicure that look a week old because the color is so far from the cuticle. Loved everything! Will be returning soon. ?

Amazing services! I been coming here for almost 2.5 years for electrolysis on my face. Jael understood I had pcos and was very informative & honest with me. One thing that was told to me was the only way I was going to see a change, is if I was consistent. And I was! Went from 1h 15 min sessions every week to now 15 min weekly sessions. I could go biweekly if i wanted to, but i love my visits with Jael! Highly recommended for electrolysis! The office is super clean and Jael is so pressional.

I waited a year to leave this review because I wanted to base it on multiple visits. I will start by saying that Elegance has provided, by far, the best piercing experiences I have ever had. I have been there probably 8 times in the last year, and it has never been anything but absolutely immaculate. Like, not even a singular speck of dust exists in this studio. If you prioritize and value cleanliness when choosing a piercing/tattoo studio, then this is most definitely the place for you. Piercings are by appointment, so you truly get a VIP experience each and every time you walk in the door. The front of house staff are personable and super knowledgable. They offer a wonderful variety of beautiful, *quality* jewelry in every price range. Once you select your jewelry, you get to wait in cozy massage chairs while it’s autoclaved (again, cleanliness is an A+++) and they even offer you drink and some candy! When it’s time to be pierced, you’re brought into one of their beautiful, private rooms.
I have been pierced by both Jay and Joe, and both of them were fantastic. Jay (Owner) is wildly passionate about piercing and it truly shows the quality of his work, the way he educates guests about piercings & anatomy, and the time & care he puts into each piercing. He makes you feel so comfortable, and walks you through what he’s doing as he does it, so no touch, pinch, or pain is ever a surprise. He’s now pierced my nostril, flat, eyebrow, tragus, and he has fixed/re-pierced both nips (after they were pierced way too shallow at another studio before I knew about Elegance.) They ALL have perfect placement, and have healed wonderfully. I’ve also had the pleasure of meeting Joe and having him pierce my daith. He was friendly, very down to earth, and his love of piercing was so evident. He nailed the placement, it was nearly painless, and it’s one of my favorite piercings now.
Pricing at Elegance is very comparable to other studios in the area, but the quality of the jewelry, the piercing expertise, and the experience as a whole are exponentially better than what you’d find anywhere else.
One of my favorite things about Elegance is their dedication to being LGBTQ+ inclusive. Their forms include the spaces for preferred name and pronouns (if they don’t match your ID) and they are flawless at using them.
For as long as Elegance is around, this is the only place I will go to for my piercings, and the only place I will recommend to other people! There is a reason they have over 500 five star reviews, and it’s because every visit is a five star experience, each and every time. 100000/10 recommend Elegance!

I had a piece done yesterday by Shoe on my calf and I had planned to do both calves in one sitting. After the first was done, we talked about how I was feeling and what the best approach would be as I wanted to get a bit more done but didn’t think I would be able to sit still for another 2+ hours. I asked if we could do the outline to get things started and Shoe gave me the pros and cons for that. I had seen a post about this same artist before, saying that he talked her out of doing what she wanted or said he could not do what she wanted. I had the complete opposite experience. He gave advice as to why it is better to do the entire thing in one sitting but also said try at it was my choice as I was the customer. I knew that I didn’t t know better than someone who has been doing it for 20+ years and took his advice. Needless to say, I will be going back in a few weeks to get my other calf done. Lastly, besides being knowledgeable, he does really great work! I highly recommend this place and also Shoe and Jason Banks (those are the only artists I have gotten ink from).

Freddy is the man! We never used mini splits before and they are in the house we bought. Freddy greeted me, was very pleasant, communicated about everything he was doing, took the time to show me how to use and care for them, told me information about them I never knew, steps on what to do next, let me knew when he was getting close to being done, and double checked if I had any questions before he left. 10/10 I would recommend him to everyone! The mini splits look and work as if they are brand new now. Stop searching for mini split companies, this is the one you want….especially if you get Freddy!

We've hired Jason (All Bases Covered) for a few different jobs now and have found him to be reliable and provide nothing but quality service. After leaving voicemails with six different plumbers about a small/non-emergency job, he was the only one to call back within a day. The others took over a week to call back, if at all. I would highly recommend for any job/fix you have, big or small.
Came in and evaluated my water heater issue. Then brought in replacement unit back up and running in 4 hours.
Had to call Roto-Rooter for a clogged laundry sink. They were there in about and hours time. The gentleman who came was named Anthony. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He assessed the problem and gave me a price before he started. It took him about 15 minutes to get it cleared and gave me some tips on using a lent catcher. I definitely would call them again and ask got Anthony.

All the guys were nice except it turned into a long appointment where they couldn’t turn off the water so… the new estimate was about 300% more. 1896/The Drain Guys came out and had it all fixed in an hour for a fraction of the cost. We hired Garabedian two weeks ago to prepare for a dishwasher installation. We decided to get more plumbing work done which included replacing 5 old shutoff valves, removing the garbage disposal and putting in new drain/waste pvc, a new sink flange, and two new union traps. Rick was our technician, and was great to work with! He was very professional, polite, and gave us a ton of good advice. He answered all our questions and didn't try to upsell us on anything. The work was stellar and done in a short period of time. We felt the quote was fair and reasonably priced, and would highly recommend Rick and Garabedian to others.

I live in a fairly large garden-style condo complex, and should I need work done, it must always be by a licensed professional. I wanted to share my review because of the several positive aspects of the second story deck project FS Construction completed for us. It also involved replacing a window with a patio door. When we did our initial research, we felt overwhelmed with the amount of options and had not heard quotes back from several other local companies. FS Construction responded very quickly and offered to come out onsite wearing masks to give us a sense of our options. They provided multiple estimates for different types of wood for the deck and sent a quote over after we settled on our choice.They started the project the next day and we were able to complete the project in about 5 days. Steve removed a lot of trees from my back yard, and he gave me a very fair price. It was a difficult job as my back yard was only accessible from my neighbor's property. And while my neighbor allowed access, that's where her cooperation ended. Steve had to work around her fence, which she wouldn't allow to be properly removed (on my tab). Steve removed the softer wood, and left the hardwood, as I asked.He supplied his insurance information quickly. He showed up promptly to remove the trees, and he was able to tolerate my next door neighbor, who I am sure made the day more stressful than it needed to be.Before you contact one of Worcester's well known tree services with a lot of good reviews, know that last year, when I tried to have the trees removed, I contacted this very popular, large tree service. They promised me over and over that they were going to take my trees down. They strung me along and never did the job, and then left for the winter. I honestly don't think they ever intended to do the work, but weren't honest enough to tell me. Clearly they don't need the money and don't care.Hire Steve! He's a good guy and does good work.

I just cannot say enough about Route 20 Animal Clinic, Dr. Nick Kotsopolous, and staff, especially Colleen. My parents and I have been taking our pets to the clinic for over 20 years. Dr. Nick is so caring, patient, and understanding. Often he's returning calls until 8pm and has given his personal cell phone number if there are any issues post sedation, regardless of procedure. From tumor removal surgery to dental cleaning he calls to check on our pets. He will also ask about how my parents are doing and their pets when I go for a visit with mine. Colleen is fantastic with grooming. My long haired cats would get shaved in the summer so they were more comfortable and she always made them look so adorable and smell so nice. She's also so kind and compassionate, plus prompt with returning calls. If there is a specialized surgery Dr. Nick can't do, he has always referred me to excellent surgeons. For end of life issues, the staff are above and beyond caring and loving. This doctor truly seems to love his work and it will be such a loss whenever he does retire.
