“Top Notch Tree Service is just that “TOP NOTCH”. They quickly returned my call and set up a time to give an estimate. They were right on time and went right to work efficiently and carefully. The job was delicate with the tree close to two homes and not a lot of space to work in. When the job was finished clean up was great. I know who I will call when I need any more work done. I highly recommend Top Notch Tree for any job you might have. Russ and his son Jake were very personable,hard working and professional from start to finish. “Steve removed a lot of trees from my back yard, and he gave me a very fair price. It was a difficult job as my back yard was only accessible from my neighbor's property. And while my neighbor allowed access, that's where her cooperation ended. Steve had to work around her fence, which she wouldn't allow to be properly removed (on my tab). Steve removed the softer wood, and left the hardwood, as I asked.He supplied his insurance information quickly. He showed up promptly to remove the trees, and he was able to tolerate my next door neighbor, who I am sure made the day more stressful than it needed to be.Before you contact one of Worcester's well known tree services with a lot of good reviews, know that last year, when I tried to have the trees removed, I contacted this very popular, large tree service. They promised me over and over that they were going to take my trees down. They strung me along and never did the job, and then left for the winter. I honestly don't think they ever intended to do the work, but weren't honest enough to tell me. Clearly they don't need the money and don't care.Hire Steve! He's a good guy and does good work.“
