Got one tattoo there 10 years ago. Got my second from Emma back in July 2022 and about to get another one next week. Maybe a couple small ones. The staff there are super chill and definitely know what they are doing. Clean place and sterile. They definitely make you feel welcome and work with you answering any questions you may have and making sure you walk out satisfied and happy. Planning to get more from them down the line. I went to Unholy Grail for my first ever tattoo and I cannot say enough good things about my entire experience. I was paired up with Emma and she was extremely patient with me as I was deciding on the details up until the last minute. She spent extra time providing me with different variations of the design and it really helped me solidify my decisions. The day of my tattoo appointment was great- Emma explained every part of the process along the way for someone who had zero experience with it.
