Once again Garabedian Plumbing & Heating Inc. came to my rescue. We had company coming for the weekend and my gas water heater sprung a leak about 10AM on the Friday our visitors were arriving. I called their office and told them my horror story. They said they would have a tech available soon and they would send him over. They just asked me to get the model and serial numbers. About 30 minutes later Jamie from their office called me and said that the tech was on his way. Also, she said they had checked the serial number with the manufacturer and found that the heater was still under warranty. Rick from Garabedian Plumbing & Heating just saved me hundreds of dollars by helping me work out what the issue was with my furnace. He took time out of his Sunday to do this and I’m very grateful for his kindness. God bless!
These guys are awesome! I called with a minor emergency with the kitchen sink on a Saturday afternoon. Rich called me back in 10 mins, then saved me a bunch of money by talking with me on the phone and then FaceTimeing with me to look & diagnose the problem. I was then able to fix it myself.
