“An excellent experience start to finish! Dan was marvelous, able to deftly explain the ins and outs of vacuum selection to a neophyte such as I! I was able to test out the vacuum before buying and they genuinely cared that I was happy with my selection. The folks here are the salt of the earth and, while I sure hope my vacuum doesn't need service any time soon, I look forward to the next visit! My purchase was a Miele Boost CX1 and it is amazing!
