I was introduced to Dr. Q by a family member. I was intrigued and reached out to set up an appointment. Dr.Q and his staff are very nice and welcoming. Dr.Q is very kind and easy to speak to. He listened to all of my concerns, took notes and seemed to put a plan together immediately. He suggested a cleanse-shakes, pills and a clean diet, also set up a follow up appointment. Four weeks went by fast, by week 2 I was feeling better, week 3 I was feeling great. I lost more weight than I expected, felt better with my joints and asthma than I was even hoping for. I had an amazing experience at Dr Q! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and at ease. Dr Q took the time to listen carefully to all my concerns, explained my options and treated me with genuine compassion and respect. I left the appointment feeling confident and informed. The office is clean and calming, scheduling was seamless, and follow-up communication was prompt and helpful.
I arrived at Dr. Q with elevated cholesterol and my A1C was in the mid 6’s. After 6 months of Dr. Q’s prorocol, my LDL cholesterol and Triglicerides had both dropped over 50 pts each, and my A1C is now 5.4.

My A1C is normal after many years struggling to lower my A1C from 6. After using the shake for a few months my bloodwork gave me a very big surprise! 5.6 and in the normal range. The shake works and is magical!!! You feel amazing and there is no hunger! Thank you Dr Q fur your expertise and support.
